The roofing team showed up super early on Saturday morning (7am-ish) and had the old roof torn off, new roof installed, and all the trash and debris cleaned up before 3 pm that afternoon. It was pretty impressive.

At least they were friendly. Hard to communicate since I don't speak spanish.

They did a good job and were punctual. They were very good and did good work. They were professional and were reasonable in price. It wasn't a big job; I thought they would blow me off, but they didn't.

Chase Roofing did a good job. The quality seems fine.

Brian, the roofer from Chase Roofing came and gave me a fair estimate. He arrived on time, completed all the work that he said he would, explained everything to me in detail, showed me the work and cleaned up when he left. This company is fair and the workers are honest hard-working men. I highly recommend them.

They were clean and courteous. They asked to use my water hose, while other people just go ahead and use it. That was really nice. Use them and you would not be disappointed.

The man who came to give me an estimate seemed like a nice man but he was SOOOO over-weight that he could not go on the roof [or access the attic area] to look at the areas needing repairs. He did give me an estimate but I had no faith in the accuracy of the estimate so I chose another roofing company.

They showed up on time and did the job well. we were shown pictures of the areas worked on. Since then we have had no evidence of any leaks.

My husband and I were in the market to have the roof replaced on our 40 year old, 2500 square foot home. We chose 3 top ranked companies from Angie's List and spent many hours listening to presentations from the first two. Our third presentation was by John Gilley from Chase Roofing in Yorktown. John arrived promptly and we appreciated his straight forward, to-the-point presentation. He made the necessary measurements and gave us the estimate before leaving that day. Chase Roofing quoted us a price thousands below the nearest competitor, using the same quality GAF materials, and we hired them. The crew arrived in about a week and finished the job in two days. They were courteous, hard working, and did an excellent job. Clean up was thorough. Several weeks later, after having siding installed, Chase Roofing returned to install leaf guard gutters on our home and did an equally commendable job. Excellent. From the fair price quoted for the work to the magnet run twice through my yard to pick up stray nails, the entire process was outstanding! The whole crew did a tremendous job on one of the hottest days of the year and in a very timely manner. They were detail oriented and were a very efficient team. If I had more roofs I'd definitely use Chase Roofing again.

I highly recommend Chase Roofing for your roofing needs. The work was performed quickly and efficiently, and the new roof and skylights look great. The company rep, Shawn Burnett, provided a detailed quote, samples of materials to be used, and answers to all my questions. The quoted price was attractive, especially with the amount of work to be done and the quality of materials and warranty. Our roof is large and fairly complex, with seven skylights. Shawn was very responsive to my questions throughout the roofing process, and he performed a thorough inspection of the work when it was completed. The crew worked tirelessly, even though they had to work in a heat index of over 100!

Chase roofing gave me the most reasonable and accurate estimate. They were very pleasant with answering all of my questions. They gave me a sample of the materials they were going to use. Provider was responsive and appointment was quickly scheduled. I was nervous about a repair quote, but they were very upfront on the great condition of my roof and that it did not need much work at all. The work needed were covered by the repair credit they had offered. They did an excellent job and went beyond expectation!!!

PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL The crew arrived early and asked if they could start before the scheduled hour. Removed the old shingles and tar paper down to the wood, removed an attic fan, closed up the hole, Removed the roof vents and replaced them with new ,installed a new vent cap and re-shingled the house. Looks great! There was some damage from throwing old shingles down on a new deck but it was easily cleaned off. Chase was prepared to replace the deck, but that was not required. The integrity is what really stood out.

Inquired whether they were proficient in metal roofing installation and repairs. Large leaks after the last storm. Girl who answered the phone said yes, and she said she would send out salesman in a week. Gentleman came out and proceeded to tell me via e-mail (which is a terrible way to do follow-up) that "everything is wrong" with roof and could not be repaired. He offered NO SOLUTION, nor estimate, nor option to stop leaks! Two telephone calls from me were not returned. Abysmal customer service!

The new vents were installed in 2014. After a really bad rain & wind storm a couple of weeks ago we noticed some drops of water in the bathroom. They came right out & resealed all around the the roof vents & we haven't had any problems since then.

It was fine. I spent about $1400 when it was all said and done. They were professional. It looks nice. It cost four times as much as I thought it was going to. They could be more upfront about the actual cost. My main issue is, you pay for 100 feet or 200 feet and you don't actually get that because they start nickel and diming you for every thing else. So that's the problem. I think I had to schedule with them twice to get them out here.

Jose came and throughly inspected roofing area of my home around the fireplace chimney area and the area around chase (approximate cost of service covers only this service). Found an area of water seepage and we set up an appointment for his workers to come back to repair leak. Workers came several days later and with Jose supervising, went to work on replacing the flashing and shingles around on small area around fireplace chimney. Inspection of interior attic area found part of roof sagging due to warped roof beam. At an additional cost, Jose strengthen the sagging roof beam and corrected the sagging dip in rooftop. On further inspection at my request, Jose checked two old skylights on the roof of a detached garage and found cracks in the plexiglas skylights. At my additional costs, he replaced both skylights and flashing around the skylights as well as singles.

Provider performed service in professional manner

It turned out alright. I've already referred them to a couple of other neighbors. They did a decent job and the price was reasonable.
