Description of Work: Showed up on time to replace my roof on the day agreed and got straight to work. They finished sooner than I expected and they did such a good job cleaning up that other than the new roof you wouldn't have known they were here. The company rep was quick to answer/resolve any questions I had.

Description of Work: Contracted with Chase for a new lifetime roof. Was quoted a fair price and told would take a day to be installed. Workers showed up on time and began roof replacement. Seven hours later, workers went home without explanation. Tried unsuccessfully to reach office. Workers showed up new day and completed work. Some spots needed more attention, a worker, maybe supervisor, came out and fixed issues to our satisfaction. He was very professional and answered all our questions. Clean-up went well. Overall,we are pleased with our new roof.

Description of Work: Shawn came out and inspected my roof. I knew that it was old and I had some leaks. He was very professional and informed me of what repairs needed to be made. I had some missing and loose shingles. Also I had some exposed nails. I also asked him to provide me an estimate to replace the entire roof since I know it's only a matter of time. I opted for the repairs and was given a $100 discount towards the work. I wasn't home the day they came out to fix the roof but I haven't had any more leaks since. I am very pleased with the responsiveness and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I asked for a quote for a total roof replacement. They never responded, so it was easy to select another company. In fairness to them - I didn't call, rather I requested they contact me by filling out their customer inquiry information on their website. I never heard back, period.

Description of Work: Our Chase Roofing consultant was great. He identified why our garage was leaking and fixed it. He did in 1/2 hour what took another company 4 weeks of failed promises, no shows, and 4 different repair quotes. I was so fed up with this other company that I joined Angie's List and found a deal with Chase Roofing. And I'm so glad I did. Our guy was professional, not pushy, and such a relief after my other experience. He sealed the problem nail holes, flashing & chimney, and gave me a new roof quote. And when it's time for us to indeed replace the roof, I expect to use them. His efforts that day were greatly appreciated. Even though our repairs and replacement may be small potatoes, my $$ is worth it enough for me to write a good review on these guys after the hassle we'd been through. Thanks Chase Roofing.
