Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a roof check-up on a house we just purchased. It's been a few months so I can't remember the name of the gentleman that came out but he was very friendly. He shared with us some things about the roof that we could do to help it's appearance but told us it was in better condition than we thought. He even offered to help us fix a small area where an animal had entered the attic. I'll definitely be calling Chase Roofing when we do need our roof replaced.

Description of Work: They figured out the problem to a first floor ceiling leak, which was caused by second story gutters being full (which had been covered by others to supposedly prevent that!), heavy and pulling away from the house and water getting in behind them. Gutters were cleaned, reattached, and a few other issues addressed, and it has been dry ever since.

Description of Work: I had to contact them for scheduling, they never contacted me. I scheduled the appointment for 06/15 at 10 am. They showed up today (06/09/2015 at 12 pm). I was not there, so they called me and I told them that I could not leave work to meet them there. I have tried several times to call them today and have not heard back from them. I would never use there service in the future. I would like a full refund of the Big Deal since I am within my 30-day warranty with Angie's List.

Description of Work: Chase Roofing inspected and repaired my roof (replaced fascia board, plywood roof base, and roof tiles where needed), sealed the chimney, and installed invisible vent soffits, PVC coil trim, new gutter hangers, and a new ridge vent. |They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced, and we were very pleased with the work they did. We were happy to have the recommendation and discount from Angie's List!

Description of Work: The provider took several visits just to "look" at the problem (crooked gutter). He sent out inexperienced crew who came so late in the day of the appointment that they couldn't do anything. Finally, a more experienced specialist came out and explained to me that a significantly more expansive job would be needed to fix my gutter. He offered to refund the purchase price, but I asked him to provide me with an estimate for a solution to my problem, which he agreed to do. Since then (over 2 weeks ago) I have not heard from him. This dragged-out and ultimately inconclusive interaction is the main reason I am downgrading them.
