Description of Work: The company (Chase) removed our old 3-tab shingles and felt paper, repaired some damaged plywood, and re-roofed the entire house with new underlayment and architectural shingles. The house is a 2-story with about 2,400 square feet total of living space. In the process they also added ridge vents to the house, replaced gutters, replaced some rotted exterior trim with PVC, and replaced the chimney cap. It was a pleasure to work with a single company that had the desire and capability to repair so many different parts of the house, rather than have to find and hire multiple contractors. We found the quality of the work to be excellent and the office staff was very responsive to questions when they arose. The installation crew was courteous and the job foreman was serious about making sure the job was completed properly. Our only negative comment would be that the company could have communicated a little better to let us know when the crew was expected to arrive to complete different parts of the job. But to be fair, our job was being worked during a long stretch of on-and-off rainy weather, so I think they were doing their best to juggle all of their customers in between the storms. All-in-all we were very pleased with the outcome, the quality, and the price, and we wouldn't hesitate to contract with Chase again. Thank you for the great job!

Description of Work: Did a great job on roof tuneup and repair but a year later roof was leaking in the same spot and they said their work was not warrantied. Ruined my ceiling, and only repair They would do was to replace leaky area for $200. Made an appointment to have repair done and half an hour after they were due called to say it would be later in the day. I cancelled. Ceiling remains damaged and I'll be seeking someone else to repair the roof.

 + -1 moreChase roofing arrived on time for the quote appointment. The crew was on time for the scheduled work day and immediately started setting up the job and inspecting the roof. Everyone was friendly, professional and hard working. They loosened the old shingles and removed them, then removed old paper and any nails left. They replaced damaged plywood deck in 2 places and damaged facia boards in several places. Shingles and paper were delivered to the roof at the right time. Paper was installed then shingles. New vents and fans were installed and the chimney flashing. They were quiet and worked hard then cleaned up. 1 man returned on Saturday morning to finish up a few things. I am very happy with how the roof looks and will recommend this company to others.

She took One look at my roof an knew Just what was needed. The total Job cost me 5359.00 but we knew from the start that once they pulled off the old stuff it was going to be more. once they found all the damage the other roofing co. did. the price was cheaper than any of the quotes we got. even the total with the replacing of boards Thank you, Chase Roofing your the best.
Description of Work: I had them replace the shingles. but the company I had before missed up so bad that they had to place some boards that were rotten, & they had to flash an even put on some more J channel. They used top of the line materials. They really knew want they were doing.

 + -1 moreFixed several places in the roof priro to selling the house. Leak coming from either the chimney or skylight. He inspected and sealed the flashing around both. Hole in the roof from a branch. Repaired Torn shingles on the edge of the roof. Replaced. Did all on very short notice. Very easy to work with and very cost effective. Didn't try to upsell me on anything just did what needed to be done. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
