Chase Roofing

Sandy was prompt and professional with her inspection. She was very business and very professional. Took photos with iPad of all problems found and explain everything very clearly. Followed in 2-3 days with an estimate to do the work I wanted. No sales pressure, just presented the facts. Estimate for the work was reasonable and two workers arrived on time and Sandy was there to show them every part of the work on the roof to include reflashing the chimney, repairing leaks around a skylight and tube light and all three vent stacks. Boots were rotted and plywood was getting wet. Other work along eaves and corner trim was rotted. All work done by Pablo and another worker was very satisfactory although after Sandy follow up inspection the following week, she had them return to do a little re-caulking and another coat of paint to the repaired trim. I am very pleased with Chase Roofing and the roof should be good for another 15 years.

I very impressed with Chase roofing and especially Sandra. She identified several problems with the roof at my studio. In fact, show me how our roof was improperly installed when constructed just 4 years ago. She provided me online resources as to why the roof was installed incorrectly was the steps that will be necessary to correct the problems. She's providing a detailed report that I'll be able to take back to my general contractor to make the proper changes. I was so impressed with her service, I also had her come out to my house to provide the same service. I identified several problem areas and made the necessary repairs. I greatly added to my piece of mind, especially since many of my neighbors have recently replaced their roofs.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out really well. They were here within five days after I purchased the deal. I spent more than the deal price because I needed some repairs. They did a very thorough inspection because they also found out that squirrels were getting into my attic. They gave me a good price, showed up on time and it was a real good deal. The price was very reasonable and they were very responsive. They also were right on time.

John arrived early and was kind, courteous, and professional. He was very thorough in inspecting the roof, performing maintenance, and writing the report. He was concerned about the condition of our gutters (which I already knew were in horrible shape--they are over 30 years old); he took several photos that showed standing water and debris in them. When he was finished with the inspection and maintenance, he took the time to write a thorough report that included the information I needed to give to the insurance company. He also included, at my inquiry, a very fair estimate on the cost of replacing the gutters. After he left, he emailed me all the photos he had taken of the chimney, roof, and gutters for my records. Based on the experience I had with Chase Roofing today, I have a feeling I'll be going with them for the gutter replacement when the time comes.

Things went well. Based upon the inspection, other potential issues were identified and priced for future repair. The provider was very attentive to any questions and provided good answers. He was timely and took steps to make sure that any outdoor residue was not tracked into the house. Excellent experience.

The workmen showed up on time and on schedule. They were very professional and thorough and quickly completed the job in a timely manner. They even reinforced the flashing on parts of the roof that were not cited in the home inspection. They cleaned up completely after the job and left the yard litter free and even swept off the deck. We were very pleased with the job that they did.

Jose was very prompt. Did a full inspection of the roof noting the missing shingle. Came back about an ghour later with his crew and a package of shingles. The shingle was replaced and all the caulking done in short order and they left with everything neatly done and everything cleaned up. I would call on them again anytime I needed roof work done and will certainly recomend them to my friend should the need arise.

Jose inspected the roof and provided photos of the repairs which need to be completed. He correctly estimated the age of the roof and outlined the necessary steps to take to ensure the remaining life of the roof. At no time did he attempt to try and "sell" more than what is necessary - which was greatly appreciated. His roof expert was on time and completed the work to our satisfaction. When I called to express our concern regarding safety as there was only one person to conduct the work, Jose came over to assist. Jose returned to inspect the roof, again taking pictures to show the repairs. Further, he took the time to clean around the house - making sure all materials were collected and even swept the back porch. Overall we are very happy with the repairs and would gladly recommend Chase Roofing.

The service was horrible. I had to buy another coupon from another company. They never showed up. They made two appointments, and then left us hanging for the last 2 weeks and never called back. They scheduled two appointments, the first one, they were working on a church, and the roof caved in, so they cancelled the original appointment. She then called me the next week, and said that she got sick from that job the last time. My main issue was that they have another co-owner of the company, and he never made an effort to contact me, or come out. I felt that he should have called if she got sick, and then she called me when she got back, and that was the third week. We had a roof leak at that point. They were responsive, she did call.

Chase roofing did a fantastic job! My husband and I received 5 estimates to replace the roof from 5 different companies and Chase roofing was the cheapest. They were very professional, accommodating, and on time. Jose did an outstanding job explaining the process and inspecting the finished product. We highly recommend Chase Roofing and are grateful that they replaced our roof!

They were professional, good and honest. I didn’t really resume, they just came out and did that and gave me an estimate so haven’t done anything yet, for what they did, the inspection, it was very thorough.

Jose was very nice, and very professional with great follow up. They were supposed to come out, but we were unable to have them out due to our schedule. They were very thorough. We're looking at $700-$800 of work done - we knew that we had a leak around the chimney and he will be tacking up the gutters around the house.

It was a very good experience. It was excellent. They were very accommodating to our schedule. I don't have any complaints. They were very pleasant to work with.

All went great and they even fixed some loose soffits. My roof will need to be replaced in about 8 years and they quoted me a great price to redo it. I would recommend Chase Roofing for your roofing repairs.

They seemed to be diligent and reasonable and it wasn't something that I couldn't afford. I don't know if the price was competitive for what he did compared to other companies. I was just satisfied of what he did and it seemed to be reasonable amount of money for the amount of time that he spent. Jose was very personable, took his time, answered my questions, listened to my issues, showed me pictures of what he found, and very thorough. The laborer who came to do the works was good, seemed to be very diligent, and did everything and really no headache.

Chase Roofing contacted me to set a date for the roof assessment. They were prompt and did a very thorough assessment with photographs and a detailed cost for repairs. They found approximately 12 small leaks in my 17 year old roof. We set a date for the repairs. Again, they showed up promptly and completed all repairs in one day.

He was very thorough. He explained everything he saw in detail (including pictures). Even provided recommendations on possible improvements.

I adore this company. Jose is one of the friendliest people I have ever met, and one of the reasons I repeated my business with this company. They were prompt, honest and quick with their work. I really appreciated the quality of the work and when they were done, I felt a job was well done. Chase roofing installed a new roof on my house and shed a couple weeks ago. I highly recommend Chase for any roofing needs. Jose the owner was such a nice, honest, down to earth guy. Very professional. I had three roofers come to my home and provide estimates for my roof. Chase supplied the best price with the best materials used. I have many pitches on my roof and a flat roof over my porch. They installed both roofs and did a wonderful job. I was unsure about which color shingles to use and Jose helped me choose the perfect one. He even had one of his workers display different color shingles on my roof so I could chose which one I liked the best. The workers were very prompt and cleaned up nicely daily. My home is large and it took 4 days to replace the current roof. The workers were at my home at 8:00 am and worked until dark. I very strongly recommend Chase roofing for any roofing needs. Joses work is warranted and he stands behind his work. A great roofing company.
