Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a roof tune-up and inspection plus $100 credit toward repairs.

Description of Work: Chase Roofing repaired some shingles and facia damage, and also did a roof tune-up. They did the estimate in the morning, and then has a crew out to do the work the same day in the afternoon. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and competent.

Description of Work: They replaced a bad piece of ridge vent that was allowing water to leak into my attic and down one of my interior walls. Poured like crazy this week and not a drop of water in the attic. They also replaced a piece of siding that had come loose as well. Very friendly, quick and excellent service. Recommended.

Description of Work: Provided a roof inspection that included some minor repairs. Gave an estimate on additional repairs needed and on the replacement of the roof. After I selected the additional repairs, within a couple weeks they were done. Seems a bit slow to respond at times but I assume they were busy due to the Angie's List promotion. Would use again.

Description of Work: The man showed up and said the could not go on the roof because it wasnt flat. He just stood there lookng at is and then said "Well should I start on the roof" He had no idea what needed to be done. He couldnt go on the roof to check it but was more than willing to fix it. Didnt even know what needed to be fixed. This was a waste of money

Description of Work: Weather delay did not get immediate notice for rescheduling. Still waiting for estimate for possible second job and invoice from first. Crew who came out and estimator were friendly and professional. Job included roof repair and new covered gutters. Work done was satisfactory and clean-up complete.

Description of Work: Had a leak and Chase came out and fixed it under a contract we purchased with them. They caulked and sealed the leak area and recommended a price to replace the roof. A second opinion with another roofer recommended absolutely against replacing the roof and instead installing a drain pipe to divert a downspout away from a flashing area, which has proved to be a much cheaper alternative. Chase did what they came to do: fix the leak and price out a new roof. I would have appreciated a stronger assessment regarding the option of not replacing the roof.

Description of Work: I purchased a roof inspection through Angies List. We had been told our roof would need to be repaired very soon by another roofing company. Jose came out, and did the inspection, told me that a few tiles needed to be replaced, but that I probably had another 3 years left on my current roof. He came back out about a week later and replaced my tiles, and took care of any loose tiles I had. Service was great. Jose is very easy to work with. He also provided me an estimate for a new roof and wrap, which I hope to complete this summer. His pricing is very competitive, and I will do business with him in the future.

Description of Work: Chase did a complete shingle take off and replace (42+ squares in 2 days). They were not only less expensive, but did a great job. We highly recommend them.

Made a few small repairs for us that day. |Very very pleased with the write up and detailed photos of the work needed. We will most definitely be calling them back when we are ready to replace our roof.
