Description of Work: Tony was on time and completed the work quickly. There was a little more debris left than I am used to, but the major problem is that one of the downspouts was not cleared and now when it reins heavily, there is a waterfall over my entire back porch. I called them last week but they have not yet responded. (He didn't bring a hose and mine wasn't long enough. He used air to clean the downspout, which I have never seen before.)
