Ayers Window & Gutter Cleaning

Ayers did a great job on my gutters. Would consider using them for another job.

That night it rained and water was pouring out of the gutters. I sent a message to ayers and they had someone back out within two days. When they arrived there was no record of anyone having been there yet we had an invoice and neighbors saw someone with ladders doing something to the gutters. Mr ayers apologized to my wife for the poor job and stated his brother must have come out to our house without letting him know. Once work was completed correctly I was pleased and would use them again as long as the gentleman who did the final work was the one to come out again.

I had them do a couple of extras and they did them with no fuss. Very nice guys and very perfessional.

Ayers did the work promptly,and returned when one of the gutter guards blew off during a storm.

Excellent service. Met my expectations. Have used this provider before and will use again.

I tried to schedule an appointment to have the work done, but I could not reach him via phone at all and he responded to my emails once asking where I was located and that was the last time I heard from him. I gave him a two week window and never heard from him, nor did he show up. I am now having Angie's List try to find another window cleaning service provider for me and am disappointed with this experience.

Ayers Window and Gutter Cleaning did a great job. They were neat and polite. I found a couple of smudges and they were happy to fix those. It was just a pleasant experience. It took them awhile to get here, they didn't call back but once they got here it was fine. give them an overall grade of B only because it took them awhile to get here. They called to say they were running late and I had to reschedule.

The price and quality of the work was good. However, the communication could have been handled more promptly.

It was a little bit hard to schedule with them. I gave them dates that I was available, and ended up having to call them and they showed up the next day. It appears that they did what they needed to do.

All went as planned. called me to arrange date. came a spromised. Did super job. Would most definitely use again.

I only have 8 windows to be done and they could not get 4 of them open. What was done was done very nicely.

It was excellent. It took a little time getting communication, but once we got that, they came out timely and they did a fine job. Part of the problem is, I have got a new computer and, for some reason, Windows 8 doesn’t work very well with the log I get for Angie’s List and maybe that was part of it. I am going to go ahead and contract with them to do it 3-4 times a year. Overall it was a good experience. They were very polite, very professional and very thorough. Of course it is a Big Deal so the price was good, but their overall pricing for regular stuff is still very reasonable. Aside from the other thing, once we actually got together and got a day, they were very responsive. They were here when they said they would be.

They arrived on time, did the cleaning of my gutters and made sure any debris from the gutters was picked up. I was very satisfied with the service.

Services were provided on one of the three specified days I had picked out. My only issue was the lack of communication after I purchased their services. Sent 2 emails inquiring about the upcoming service call and only after they cleaned my gutters did I receive and email. The representative from the company blamed the weather on the lack of response to my inquires and was unaware that his company had even been to my house. The men who did the job were very nice and professional.

The crew did the work on the first of the suggested dates. Since I wasn't notified which day they were coming, I wasn't there. The owner had them return the next day to clean up the debris they left in the back yard.

Very well. The crew was courteous and respectful of our house/furniture. A suggestion for improving service would be for the crew to wear shoe covers when doing the inside of the house. Otherwise, no complaints.

Since purchasing the deal I've reached out 4-5 times via email and twice by phone. No return call or email. Nothing. Very frustrating.

After a little initial trouble with communication, the job was done VERY well, and within about a week of our purchasing the service. He was very polite and did even more than I asked him to do. The "Real Deal" price of $65 was great and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

6 days late, missed all my suggested dates, no communication about missing the dates or what days they could do it. I even went to their website and used the "contact us" link and still did not communicate with me. It only takes a few minutes to send an email to let someone know what is going on. Came home yesterday (3/6/14) and saw that the gutters had been "somewhat" cleaned, tho they left a large mess on my front deck and on my motorcycle. If they had called and let me know when they were coming over I would have moved my motorcycle out of the way. It was very unprofessional in how this was done. I am not sure if they did the gutters on the back of the house, I guess I will have to wait until the weekend to get up there and check. I was in the process of having another gutter cleaning company come out and give me an estimate on doing the job since I had not heard from Ayers. Overall I feel that since the job was so poorly done, that I should get my money back. Update - 03/20/2014 Looking at my gutters on the back right side of the house yesterday during the storm, it would seem that those gutters had been skipped. The reason I believe this is that water was not draining out (which is was not in before it was "Cleaned") and I can still see debris in the gutter... But all the other gutters look fine... So I guess it was an unfinished job?

Communication was decidedly lacking, but my gutters are clean.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out just fine. He showed up on time and did the work neatly. We only had gutters in two places around the house. We had a lot less than I thought so he was probably well paid for it. It took him about 15 minutes. They were very polite, nice and came out right away. I booked it online, but did not get any feedback about the day he was actually coming. Luckily I was here. I thought they were very professional. They were polite, introduced themselves and had identification. They also gave me a quote on house washing while they were here and it was a reasonable quote. They were definitely the kind of people I would hire again.

The appointment was set up quickly. Johnathan could come two days after my call. He arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He did an excellent job cleaning all the screens and the windows inside and outside. Seven windows where high and he needed to use a ladder set up on a roof in order reach them outside. The windows sparkle! I have made another appointment with him to power-wash the decks and do more windows. Great experience.

It went very well. They were very responsive and I heard from them immediately, they came when it was convenient for me, and they did an excellent job.
