Ayers Window & Gutter Cleaning

Arrived right on time. Took off shoes inside house. Popped out window screens and wiped screen borders before replacing them. Windows sparkle inside and out! Great attention to detail, and resourceful for a second story window. Could not have been more friendly, polite, and professional. Would definitely recommend to others, and I would also use for another one of the different services that is available.

Have a section of gutter that is near a power line and I have no way to clean it out. Was in a real pinch as the gutter backup was causing a leak into our home. I spoke by phone with the office. Given the complexity of the job they wanted a tech to look at it. They had techs who happened to be in the area who would stop by and see if they could do the job. They were here within 15 minutes of my call. Looked at the job and offered to go ahead and do it on the spot at a very reasonable price. 20 minutes later all cleaned out and cleaned up. I will definitely use them in the future.

When they first messaged me, they wanted to know what area we lived in. I asked that we wait until the weather would be warmer. The next message from them was to try to schedule in the next week. Weather still quite cold and it was not a good week anyway--too many Dr appointments (husband just diagnosed w/ Parkinson's disease and dementia). Didn't hear any more from them. Messaged them 2x to call to schedule. Gave them my phone # twice. No response.

Ayers Windows cleaned my windows on both the inside and outside. I had purchased a "Big Deal" that included 10 windows for $49.00. Both the owner and the gentleman who came to my house to wash the windows were professional and pleasant. I was pleased with the quality of the job and the efficiency of the workman. My only concern was that the company was to arrive at 9:00am. Unfortunately, there was a scheduling glitch and the job was rescheduled for 4:00pm. As a result of the scheduling glitch, Mr. Ayers offered to clean 2 additional windows free of charge. I was most appreciative of his offer and very pleased with his concern for good customer service. I would use his services in the future.

I will definitely be calling Ayers Gutter Cleaning the next time I need the service.

I purchased the $49 Angie's list deal for window cleaning. I had extra windows so we discussed the additional cost prior to the service being done. He called to say when they were headed to my house and showed up on time. He was very professional and did a thorough job. When he was done, he said that my windows and screens looked good but told me to inspect them and let him know if I was satisfied. The windows look great, and I will use this company again in the future!

Very happy with the service provided. Workers arrived as scheduled, were very friendly, professional and did the job promptly and professionally. Two very nice people! If I had not been home, I probably would not have noticed they were here, since they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and left no trace of being here. Home Description: 3000 square feet, two story (most gutters were on the first floor).

I have scheduled with his provider twice now and both times he was a no call no show. I had to imitate contact to see where he was as he miss both appointment windows with out first contacting me. I waited 2+ hours and moved all furniture for provider and to have him no call no show was a complete waist of my time and energy. the 49 dollars was a big deal for 10 windows we were actually going to have to pay 199.00 for 20 windows

The service turned out well. They did a good job and the gutters seem clean. I was not home while they did the service but I am pleased with the outcome. They did not follow up afterwards, however. Scheduling them out was not issue.

Was very happy with the job Ayers did. They took time to make sure they did not rest ladders on just painted gutters. Cleaned up after themselves all at a great price. Considering one Company I called that quoted 240 dollars and hour for two guys, Wow.

I got an email right after I purchased the Deal asking me for dates that I would like to have my windows cleaned, so I sent them a reply with 3 or 4 dates. Then I got a message asking where I lived, so I replied to that. Then silence. I followed up 2 more times and never received a response.

My wife had to have the tech reclean a couple of areas. He did not sweep or vacuum the tracks. I called a couple of days later to ask why the tracks weren't cleaned and the first response was as if it were not part of the deal. Further into the conversation it was that my wife had signed off that the work was complete. i explained that my wife was no more aware of the full content of the offer than his tech apparently was. Bottom line, they did not do what their offer said they would do. I did not write the offer. They voluntarily made it part of their package, and it made the deal appealing enough to buy. Now, after they have my money, it's unimportant. After much more conversation than I felt the circumstances warranted, the owner offered to meet me at my home and so I could show him what I wanted them to do. I said that his man should know what he needs to do and that my wife stands as authorized to act in my behalf. He seemed to ignore that and wanted to get back to my meeting him at my home two weeks from today. At that point I told him the conversation was over. I do not want any more dealings with Ayers. He had two opportunities to win me as a customer and failed on both counts.

I purchased the Big Deal for gutter service in cleaning of my front and rear gutters on a 2-story Colonial style home. I was promptly contacted by the vendor. Without further discussion, I came home one day to find the cleanout had been completed. This was good for us because we didn't need to have someone at the home to coordinate or supervise. It might have been better to have had coordination of the day and time of the service, but it worked OK for us. The only reason it was obvious to us was that the clumps of debris that had clogged the gutters was now on our deck, sidewalk, or grass. The price was reasonable and saved me the hassle of dragging a ladder around the house and repeatedly moving it and climbing to the second story.

We scheduled an appointment for April 19th. No call, no show April 19th. Again, no call...no show this past Saturday, May 3rd. When I spoke with the manager he kept stating that "you're saying someone showed up and didn't do anything?" and hung up. I repeated said that "no one showed up". It is unprofessional for them not to call or show up and down right rude for me to be speaking and him cut me off, alter what I was saying and ultimately hang up on me.

Originally was in contact with the company but just because it was March they wouldn't schedule the work for April and told me they would follow up closer to the April timeframe. I never heard from them and attempted to contact them again on the 21st with no response or answer.

Representative called, arrived when promised, did a thorough job. Liked the convenience of not having to be home. Very pleased with customer service and work done.

I corresponded with the company via email. I sent an email (because I bought an Angie's List deal) asking the company to call me to set up an appointment. I received a response saying that they would contact me to set up the appointment. The next day their workers showed up to clean the gutters. It was a very inconvenient time; I'd just had a baby less than a week prior and they arrived while I had a million things going on and my son was napping. I had no idea they were coming and because it was midafternoon their work woke m son up from his nap. The workers were very polite and did a good job but the communication was severely lacking

They arrived on time and got right to work. They did a great job on the windows but left a little mess for me to clean up, such as drips on the window and door sills. I also had a hard time getting hold of them. Messages on Angie's List were not returned and I finally ended up calling them. The owner said he had a hard time getting messages from his listing and was glad I called him. When we connected, the communication was fine.

Everything went as scheduled. Joseph came, brought all supplies needed for the window cleaning. He did not ask me for anything. He worked very quick but thorough,he took all the screens out and cleaned them, then put them back when the windows were cleaned. He did not leave any mess behind him and worked very independently, I did not need to babysit him as many times you have to do with some people. Overall a good experience.

Purchased service thru a 'Big Deal' offer. Took a couple weeks to get a time scheduled. However, when Mr. Ayers came he did an excellent job cleaning the gutters and cleaning up area afterwards.
