Quick work cleaning the gutters. However, didnt use a water hose to check the downspouts.

The crew did good work. Notice that one small section of gutter above garage was missed.

A crew of two young men came and expeditiously did their work without any difficulty. I was well-pleased with everything about this service visit.

They had to come out a second time. The first time they did it, they just blew it out and left everything on the ground that they blew out. It was over everything. So I had to call them back. But they did come back and they did clean it up. They also apologized for it. I'll be using them again after the Fall.

They were very flexible on scheduling. Once the date and time were set, they were on-site at the promised time, performed the job, and cleaned up after themselves. Additionally, they removed all of my leaf guards as requested without no additional fees, leaving them neatly stacked near my shed. Very nice!

It went well. The technician was kind of slow in doing the work, but it was hot as h*** outside and I couldn't really blame him for sitting in the shade for about 20 mins for a breather.

Ayers came out did an excellent job, so we hired to take care of window cleaning at another residence. I will definitely call them in the future.

We had a lot of water running over our gutters during heavy rains, which we thought was happening because the gutters needed to be cleaned. Phoned Ayers to set up an appointment to have the gutters cleaned out. They arrived on time and began their job. They were here about 15-20 minutes and left. We were told that there was nothing in the gutters, but only in the down spouts. The following day while in the yard, we noticed a small pile of leaves, twigs and pine needles at the base of one of the down spouts. We then went around the house to take a look at all of the down spouts. Piles of debris were left at the base of all the down spouts, that we had to clean up. When the next rain occurred, we still had much water overflowing over the gutters, rather than traveling out through the down spouts. In one corner of the house located in the back yard, after the rain stopped, my husband climbed a ladder to look at the gutter in this area. He found leaves and pine needles blocking the water flow to the down spout. I guess you get what you pay for.... "Good thing no cheap, Cheap thing no good".

I purchased a $99.00 deal on Angie's List from Ayer's Gutter & Window Cleaning Co. They had to come out to my house on two separate trips to finish the job due to construction on the back of my house that prevented the job from being completed on the first appointment. On both visits to my home the young men that came to clean the gutters were friendly, punctual, and very neat in all of the clean up.. I appreciated their care to not cause any damage to my property and the ongoing construction site. I would highly recommend Ayer's to anyone who needed gutter cleaning on their home.

Great team of two people came out.. They arrived earlier then scheduled and were pleasant and professional. They cleaned the gutters and even got rid of a wasp nest that they found (after the tech was stung). They cleaned up all of the debris from the gutters, and even some debris that was on the driveway and pavement prior to their arrival. I would definitely use this company again, and recommend them to others.

Spent only about 30 minutes on site, and he claimed that the gutters were all clear, which I seriously doubt because I have done this myself before and always found roofing debris in the gutters. And now I see some of the debris still coming from the downspouts.

They arrived early for my appointment, cleaned the gutters and then cleaned up all debris from my yard. Very professional and cost very reasonable.

The cleaning part of the job was done ON TIME by 2 very professional young men. According to the scheduler, the men doing the cleaning would also do the repair work. I pre-paid for the cleaning ($89) + $10.00 extra for the repairs. The first time it rained after the repairs were supposedly done, the leak was still there plus a new leak caused by a new dent in the same corner. I called to get someone to come back out to re-repair the leak(s) - now two - and was told someone would be out on 13 June (Saturday). No one showed up on the 13th so I sent another message and, after an apology, was told the repair would be done the next morning (Sunday). Again, another "no show". On June 16 I sent another message questioning why they were continually not showing up for their appointment and suggested I may have to revise the A rating I gave them after the first part of the job was completed. Within 15 minutes I received a phone call from the man who was supposed to repair the leaks, and he was angry with me because I didn't understand why he didn't show up on Saturday. I told him I was not notified he would not be coming so how could I understand? He showed up on the 17th, fixed the 2 leaks with a silicone spray, and told me "if that doesn't work, call me and I'll come out and put a thick layer of caulking on the leaks". That night we had rain and the next morning I had strings of silicone hanging from the leaks in the joints of the gutter and silicone all over my deck. I also now had a 3rd leak caused when the repair man pulled up a thick layer of silicone from the corner - now a new joint was leaking...leaks are now in 3 joints. I sent another message telling the scheduler about this new situation and was assured the repairman would "swing by tomorrow afternoon" (June 18) to fix it. No one came, no one contacted me to explain why, and I have not heard anything from them since. Therefore, I have revised my first review to reflect my dissatisfaction.

Cleaned gutters and swept leaves and pine cones of the roof. Went the extra mile to clean it all.

Due to my crazy work schedule always changing. I would schedule a date & time and then not be able to keep the appointment. They worked with me until we were able to agree on a date & time.

This is the second time we have used Ayers and won't be the last!! They are professional, do an excellent job and we give them an A plus rating
