I purchased the Angie's list special for window cleaning. I have approximately fifty windows; more than a dozen are in sunrooms and sun porches. The team was right on time, as scheduled. The scheduled special was for 25 windows inside and out, so I asked them to concentrate on second story and sunroom/sunporch windows. They were very polite and very professional, and they did great work. They completed the scheduled windows, and I was so pleased with the work they did, I asked if they could clean the remaining windows. They had just put much of their equipment away, but very cheerfully pulled it back out to continue working. They cleaned all the first floor windows as well. Their work was much better than I expected, and the windows look great! I will hire them again.

Great process, work was suppose to be done but due to a cancelation was done within 48 hours

Jonathan was amazing! He came early, sent me video of my gutters and roof while I was at work. I felt so comfortable because I could see what he was looking at and I never had to take time off from work. It was quick, inexpensive and he cleaned up everything. I came home and there was no trace of gutter clutter! I will use them again!!

Jonathan Ayers and Bethany were the team I had and they were awesome! Very friendly, quick and did a great job. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Felt they were also very trustworthy, so I kinda wish I had them do all inside windows as well. Hate when people are in the house, but they came in to remove and clean all screens and I was completely comfortable with them. Prices are very reasonable!

Joe and Tristen, sorry not sure of the spelling, were very professional and got the job done quickly. I had 2 gutters that were clogged and are about 35 feet in the air. They showed up got to work and got them cleared. They then went around the entire gutter system to be sure everything was in working order before they left. Although the job wasn't very big they still impressed me with their work. Will be using them again soon to power wash my house and driveway. Thanks John Hartman

Mr. Ayers contacted me to let me know he could do the job earlier than scheduled. Original date was for the 1st of September, but was moved up. He and his partner thoroughly cleaned all gutters and down spouts. Wife arrived to see them and was extremely satisfied with their work. Complemented them on their professionalism and said we would definitely put them at the top of the list if we needed their service again Excellent job and would give 5 stars for courtesy and professionalism. Could not thank them enough.

This was a $49 special offer purchase to have the windows cleaned in my house...in February. They asked (via email) for some suggested time/dates - I provided them three different dates in February. They never showed and never called or contacted me until yesterday. And they had the nerve to apologize for taking so long to contact because they were so busy. I understand the winter weather may have kept them from coming in February - so why not contact me then and tell me that --- or why even make the offer in February if you expect horrible winter weather? Makes no difference - I paid $49 and got nothing. In fact, I wanted to get a bid on a larger window job and have all of my 23 windows done (which would have been more than the original offer). This is so unprofessional and makes me think that they hold onto these Angies LIst "special" purchases and get to them when they can. I've reviewed them an "F" and I've pursued with Angie's LIst to get my refund. Horrible, horrible and unprofessional.

Jonathan arrived as scheduled with his partner and they thoroughly cleaned the gutters of my two story home. They bagged all of the debris and took the bags with them. They did an excellent job and were very professional. I highly recommend them and will use their services in the future as the need arises.

Too well maybe. My gutters were hardly dirty as it turns out. After not being cleaned since just after the house was purchase in 2005, (10 Years) what the team had to clean out was notable too little to be concerned about. Wow. Since I have a two story home and am too old to get up that high myself anymore. It was worth the expense just to know everything was good to go.

Awesome - excellent coordination with the company. Neither my wife nor I were home on the day of the service, so I just coordinated in advance. Great customer service and easy to work with. They have my repeat business for next year. Highly recommend!

The cleaning went great. He was very fast and efficient.

They experienced difficulty locating their technician, so the time was delayed. I had to call to find out what was happening. The job itself went well and the house looked better.

I purchased the gutter cleaning deal from Angie's List and received a call to schedule the same day. We scheduled the appointment for Friday August 7th and that's when the work was completed. They did call to change the time but it didn't matter to me since I didn't have to be home. I haven't exactly climbed up to check their work but everything seems to be draining well. I am very pleased with this purchase. My only complaint is that they left a bunch of nails on the deck from cleaning the gutters (for whatever reason the gutters were filled with nails). Other than that, I am very happy with their work and would use them again!
