Ayers Window & Gutter Cleaning

Punctual, professional and reasonably priced.

The gutters were cleaned but everything was left on the ground, or was blown in the bushes. My wife had to spend over two hours to clean up after the work in order to bring the lawn into some order. I called the company, they told me that the worker was supposed to clean everything, I suggested that they return half of the money I paid through the Angie's list, but they refused.

Ayers did a great job. They were easy to contact, showed up when they said they would, worked diligently the entire time they were here, and maintained a very professional demeanor. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Wonderful!!!! I am totally impressed with the quality of work they did, they were on time and never took a break. They made my moss & mold infected roof look almost new. I will recommend them to my neighbors.

Very well. I had not mentioned that I had gutter guards so the worker did not have a drill to unscrew them; however, he used mine, else he would have had to come back the next day. It was an extremely hot and humid day, heat index over 105 degrees, but he handled the job well.

Ok, but they did not complete one gutter. since the came earlier that our agreed time, the where gone before I got there. There was no note or indication that they had not completed the work on of the downspouts. I learned with the next rain and an overflowing gutter that the work was not completed. When I contacted them, they said they could not see where the end of the down spout emptied since it was underneath my deck. there was no offer to make it right or suggestion on what I should do to keep the gutter from overflowing. I would not use this company again. There telephone message was very unprofessional and their contact information posted web side was out of date.

We were very pleased with Ayers. We had a day set and delays on another project required Ayers to reschedule. They called well in advance and we worked out another day; something that is rare based on experiences we've had with other home contractors. And they completed the cleaning quickly - even bagged all the debris from the gutters (in the past other companies have just dumped in the yard and on the bushes). We will be using Ayers again for gutter AND window cleaning.

The 2 man crew showed up on time and worked very hard for almost 5 hours. They did a great job and had exactly the equipment needed to do it right. The only issue we had was that it was initially difficult to contact them, something the owner was surprised about. Once we got in touch, everything was fine. We would recommend that if you do not get a call-back, try emailing them on the form on their website. They are worth the trouble.

Can't say yet. Have left two messages with no response as of right now. I am hopefully this will get worked out and I can leave a great review for this company! Edit: We were able to connect. They came out and did a great job.

We found Ayers Window and Gutter Cleaning on Angie's List and gave them a call. We were able to make an appointment that day for a week later. They came this afternoon on time and did a quick and great job. They bagged the gutter "mulch" and blow the gutters dry. They charged what we had been quoted. They were friendly. We were very impressed and plan on calling them back the next time.

Went well. Simple job, did it in a timely fashion. I wasn't able to be home while they did the work and this wasn't a problem for them.

Service was excellent. They came and pressure washed my gutters (which were awful). They cleaned them very well and even took the leaves and needles and all with them! They even cleaned off the driveway and patio where stuff must have fallen. Excellent job and would absolutely use them again.

Gutters needed to have been hosed down with water to remove mud, leaves etc.

Tony was the technician who arrived before time ready to work. Very personable and professional young man. We had some valleys where our hip roof joined a gable which was creating a backup of debris in the valleys. He recommended that we relocate a couple of downspouts so that the run was not so extensive. Did not try to "sell" Ayers services because he recognized that Starling had installed the guttering and were best suited to modify the installation. All work was very good quality and we would use them again and recommend them to our neighbors.

The gutters were full of dirt and debris and a good job was done to remove and flush.

Tony was actually 15 minutes early. He cleaned the short gutter attached to the downspout and showed me by running a hose down the spout that it was clear. We disagreed on whether he had cleaned it completely in March, but I am satisfied that he corrected the problem for nothing today. Tony was very polite and professional, even though I was telling him he didn't do an excellent job the first time. Ayers sent him less than a week after they returned my call.

Tony did a fantastic job. He worked diligently with care and attention to detail. He wanted to do a good job. He pressure washed the house, washed windows and cleaned gutters. I will definitely use Ayers Window and Gutter cleaning again. Money well spent.

I made an appointment with Ayers to have my gutters cleaned. When I made the appointment they wanted to schedule the cleaning for May 31, 2016; however, I explained that I would be out of town that day and needed to schedule for June 3, 2016. I doubled checked that date before ending my initial call. While out of town I received a call that they had arrived to clean the gutters on May 31, 2016 and their employee asked to reschedule on a day it was not raining. I explained to the person at our home that this was initially scheduled for Friday, June 3rd. Today is June 3 and no one showed up so I placed a call to Ayers and spoke with someone who told me that they had rescheduled us for Tuesday, June 7th, without first checking with our schedule. Unfortunately, I have an appointment on that day and am unavailable. I informed them that I would be calling another agency. The miscommunication is unfortunate; having read their reviews I had hoped to use their services.

It went great. I bought a coupon on Angie's list for 25 windows, but that was for plain windows without mullions. So it was a little additional for each of those 25 - which I thought was fair. Then we added in the rest of them. Joseph and Tristan came on time and were very polite. They worked hard through out the day and did a fantastic job. I live on the water - so I know the windows will be salty again soon, but today they look GREAT. And the built up grime, especially on the upper ones will be gone for a while at least.

After playing 3 weeks of phone tag with my previous window cleaner I called Ayers based on Angie's List reviews. I was given an appointment one week later. Jonathan (the owner of the company) and Bethany arrived early, so they started on the outside. They finished within an hour and half, did a great job and were very personable. I would definitely hire Ayers again.

This company is second to NONE! They did an outstanding, thorough, and spot-on job on this despite the inclement weather conditions being rain rain rain. They worked around the rain and did the absolute BEST job of gutter cleaning I have ever had. I am going to refer them to my husband who lives just a couple miles from me and I am going to refer them to ALL of my friends and family !!! OUTSTANDING quality work once again, from an Angie's List contractor. THANK YOU!

Awesome service and job. The guy showed up ahead of schedule, and was basically done by the time my wife came home. He took the time to explain to my wife the work performed and show her all of the crud he took out of out gutters. Cleaned up before he left. Awesome job and my gutters look clean.

Very responsive and very professional. They moved anything out of the way that could be damaged. They did overlook on section of gutters on the house, but when I brought it to the company's attention a few days later, they immediately sent a team back to the house to correct the discrepancy. Overall I was very pleased with the work and the price and would definitely use them again.
