+ -1 moreDO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS AND A HASSLE AS A BONUS. Despite multiple appts to work on the system, over 2 months after they've been paid and the sprinkler system has yet to be turned on! They do not show up when scheduled, don't bother to call to reschedule or atleast as a common courtesy. Schedule to work on the system 6/9, no show, no call. When I called to check how the work went, "ohh, we were busy with other jobs and couldn't make it" is the owners Jim reply, no explaination why they didn't call or try to reschedule. Any other company would have to better than this, no excuses for the lack of professionalism, or trained technicians.
Description of Work: Hired to do the annual spring start-up of the sprinkler system, check system for proper operation. Never completed proper system turn on, the owner Jim may know what he is doing, but the other technicians do not. We've had 3 appts for them to work on the system, 4/8, 5/13, 6/9 and its still not turned on. Keep in mind, there is nothing wrong with the system that we are aware of, they simply do not know what they are doing.
