John came out in less than 24 hours from our call. He gave an estimate that he stuck to. He installed the water heater without incident. He arrived a couple hours late for install secondary to an emergency and kept me informed of the situation as it unfolded so I wasn't left in the lurch at all. I really appreciated this. We are less than a week into use of the tankless water heater, but it is performing as billed. His quote was more than 33% less than the "big chain" plumber we got the initial quote from.

I was given a quote of $600 .00 for the gas line and agreed to pay. When I asked how much the mnew water line to outside and the price to move the existing water line to fridge would be I was walked away from and never given an answer! I was never told how much they would cost, not even an estimate of how much they would cost. John the owner and plumber walked away and looked away every time I asked for a quote. then I was given a bill for $1350.00 and told I had to pay the total amount or he would see me in court along with an additional 25 percent added on for his attorney's fees and all court cost. The water line to the refrigerator was not installed properly and gives you a strong electrical shock when you touch it.
