I phoned Mr. Evans to inquire about having him possibly do some plumbing and electrical work on my property. The conversation was and quot;short 'n sweetand quot; to say the least. He said he was working outside the area (not sure what that meant) and that he'd be unable to help me anytime soon and then thanked me for calling. I then asked him if he could recommend someone, and the next thing I know, he's gone (presumably having hung up). So, Mr. Evans did not give me an estimate, much less do any work for me. So I'm unable to speak to those issues. But I will comment on what I found to be a less-than-professional interaction with me. So, does he do good work? Is he priced reasonably? I have no first-hand experience. But in just that one minute-long conversation, I have to say I'm glad to not find out.

Description of Work: He came to the house and gave me an estimate. Then he gave me an idea of another way I could fix my problem cheaper and without him. He talked himself out of a job. Thats a good businessman/person if you ask me.

Great job. Knew his business. Took time to evaluate and explain any discrepancies found. Suggested repairs in order of precedence. Timely, thorough, and kept costs down to a reasonable level. Excellent work. Will definitly use again. This man does it all.
Description of Work: New Home. Evaluated all electrical wiring from fuse box to outlets. Installed lighting. Corrected plumbing issues andinstalled water softner. Wired basement for lighting, exterior lighting.
