+ -1 moreI contacted a lot of the big companies and was pretty discouraged by the cost and pushiness of the salespeople. No pushing with Mr. Albin. He doesn't have any salespeople. He told it like it is and came when he said he would. Very polite and straight forward. He performed a very good job that was neat and clean. He maintains the system for us and replaces anything if it should break. The big guys only do that for a fee. He has been in business for 10 years (I checked with the BBB). I would recommend calling this company if you want a monitored system installed properly and want to save some money too!
Description of Work: Installed 4 door/ window contacts, 2 motion detectors, 1 main control panel, 1 additional control panel, 1 smoke detector, 1 remote key controller, with signage. The $400 dollars doesn't include the monitoring, but the monitoring price was VERY competitive and I want a monitored system. When I signed the contract it was $32.95 per month, which is right in line with the big guys. You have the option of paying for the monitoring up front at a substantial discount. The contract is for 3 years and the system can be moved if we decide to move. The reason why I paid 400 dollars up front was because I bought 3 extras to his basic system, which is actually very adequate. I bought an extra motion, an extra keypad, and a smoke detector. He never pushed any extras, I just knew I wanted them.
