Description of Work: I had had several other companies inspect my crawl space. One said that there was water and I needed a costly ventilation system. Another said that I need a new plastic shield and chemicals to kill fungus, etc. Mr. Blanton inspected (he drove to Chesapeake from Richmond and arrived right on time) found that a down spout was causing water to drip into the crawl space. We redirected the water and he told me the problem was solved. No cost. If I need more work done I will use them.
