My drywall was already up for an entire basement redo. I asked William to send me someone who was good at the joint compounding. He sent me Edgar who was terrific. In three days, he had 2 coats of 45 minute sand and 2 coats of joint compound to almost perfection. All I will have to do is light sand in a few places. Plus he put up several of pieces of drywall that had still to go up. He was great and I would hire William's Painting and Remodel to do this kind of work for me again. Very reasonable price!

Workers were on time, professional and did outstanding work. I will definitely use them again.

Wonderful. They always do quality work. My deck was in bad shape and they replaced the flooring and the railings of a 2 level deck for a very reasonable price. The railing around the air conditioner was much nicer than the original deck. They are true craftsmen. I recommend them highly!

The real issue with this company lies largely with its owner, William, who is unreliable, unprofessional, and has zero communication skills. You’re pretty lucky if he returns your phone calls after several attempts trying to get in touch with him. Whether you’re calling him for a new or existing project, phone calls and text messages go unanswered unless you raise **** about an issue, and there are many. We recently made a big mistake of rehiring this company to stain the deck, and as usual, it was a nightmare dealing with William from start to end. He forgets what has been agreed to, doesn’t commit to a start date, doesn’t tell you how long it would take to finish the job, and the list goes on. To cite a couple of examples, William promised to buy the stain, and then at the last minute, asked me to buy it because obviously he didn’t have the time to do it. One of his painters turned up on our doorstep on June 1st 2020 saying that William was not answering his phone and he ( the painter) didn’t know what he was supposing to be working on. Additionally, we discussed on more than one occasion that we may need to apply two coats based on the recommendations we received from the manufacturer of the stain we have been using on our deck. We even sent all that information to William in a text message at least two weeks prior, but as usual, he never replied until a day before they started, saying that the quote was based on one coat of stain. Long story short, they did a terrible job, damaged a small tree near the deck with their ladder and had to be kicked out of our property before they finished what has been initially agreed to, to prevent further problems. We will have to hire another company to finish spraying the lattice and to seal the front porch which was part of the work they were supposed to do. They’re banned from our property and we will never ever hire this company again. We tolerated them in the past because they were reasonably priced but it’s not worth it. You get what you pay for. One last thing, given that William and his crew were no longer allowed on our property, we asked him for his mailing address so we can mail a check. William said that his address has changed and did not provide a new mailing address, adding that he “doesn’t take money from customers who are not pleased with the results”. We’re still going to pay him because we don’t want anything for free. He probably thought we will not write a review if he didn’t charge us, but that doesn’t work with us. They get the review that they deserve. We’re planning on sending the check to the mailing address provided on this website. However, If this is incorrect, Angies’s list needs to verify the company’s address to make sure the information provided on this site is accurate and updated. Thank you.

Highly recommend this vendor. I hired them to paint the exterior of my home, which included a fair amount of rotten wood replacement. Their price was very reasonable and their responsiveness and work was top notch. I will definitely be calling on them again for help. William was easy to work with and his team did a great job on all facets of the job -- power washing, prepping and painting.

Very well. William was very patient and accommodating when I was trying to choose paint colors. William and his crew were very attentive to detail, kept the work space very clean & were very nice and professional throughout the whole process. They did a great job! I am very pleased with how my fence and deck look!

This went wrong from the go. I talked William and he gave me a quote. He also told me to get the paint and how much paint it would need for the job. Not only did I have to buy 3 times more paint than he quoted me he and his crew painted the both the front porch and back deck wrong. He also told me it would be a 2 day job. 2 weeks later because he kept telling me he was so behind in work. On the last day he wanted me to follow his crew around to show them what color went where (there was only 2 colors white and blue not hard). They even for got to paint one of the deck posts. Paint is now all over my yard because his “crew” are sloppy. The prep work he did for the front porch is now bubbling. It was painted exactly 1 week ago. Once the job was done I had to go and clean up after them. Grown men that can’t throw away their lunch trash. All that being said I was extremely disappointed in the service. I tried calling him about the bubbling of the paint and he does not answer the phone and will not respond to text messages. Very unprofessional. Don’t hire him. You’ll be sorry.

William was the lowest estimate of 3. His people showed up on time, worked well and cleaned up daily after themselves. The job was set to go 4-5 days and it went 5 days. The Powder Room wall bubbled a bit and he sent a person to redo it at no extra charge. They knew what they were doing and did it well. I will definitely use them again.

Although the job initially was not to my satisfaction, which I submitted in an earlier review, he did have the workers return and complete the job. Fortunately, it was finished in time for a gathering I had this past holiday weekend. Thank you

Amazingly smoothly. I had purchased the wrong door. William took it back, replaced it, bought necessary hardware, and had it installed same day! Entire house painted in 4 days. Better than new!! Best of all, he had a huge crew and they were in and out in no time!

William and his crew were excellent, trustworthy, timely, and fair on price. Not only would we CONSIDER hiring him again, but we WILL!

William's team was professional at all times. They were quiet, efficient, and cleaned up each evening before leaving. Removed debris on a daily basis. We asked them to remove decorative columns that were set up between the living and dining rooms. William helped us design the new opening space and we followed his advice. We are thrilled with the end result! They installed new lighting that we had purchased (not on the original plan). William's team also remodeled our powder room, installed new stones, vanity, mirror, and lighting. We are so happy with the results. We have recommended Williams Painting to several friends who have also been happy with their work.

I am very satisified with the work done. Edgar prepped the area very well and during the drywall sanding there was almost no dust left. He finished all work within 8 hours. Considering the price, the speed and quality work this is was good deal. I highly recommend Williams as a drywall contractor.

Everything turned out great. More than happy with the job they did. The crew arrived on time, were very respectful and professional, cleaned up after the job, disposed old fixtures, did not damage existing flooring or tile,

William's Painting did a fantastic job on the plaster repairs, heat stripping, and painting for the entire first floor of my house. They made my 85 year old plaster walls that have never had any significant repairs look brand new. The final product was extremely professional and affordable. I will have more jobs in the future and plan to use again.

The crew did an excellent job removing the popcorn ceiling, refinishing the ceiling and installing 12 new recessed lights. Would absolutely hire Williams again for my next job. The crew didn't finish the job until they ensured everything was exactly as I'd liked and were extremely professional and timely. Quote received was a great value compared to competing quotes.

Crew did excellent work over three days on our three-story townhouse. They consulted on all aspects of the job and asked us to inspect work for satisfaction before moving on to the next area. They were respectful of our outside plantings as well as our adjoining neighbor's property and did an excellent job of cleaning up . They fully tented our kitchen area prior to beginning the ceiling repair and repainting, finishing with a thorough cleaning. We were very pleased with their work and would certainly hire again.
