Description of Work: I have contacted this painting company several times. I spoke to a man who spoke very little English and that I could barely understand and he tells me that my Angie's List voucher won't work. He basically refuses to come to do the work. I would like a refund of my $299.00.

Description of Work: They replaced dry wall tape and replastered joint where old tape had failed and cracks appeared. They also spot spackled ceiling areas in the house. The work seemed fine until two months or so later when the paper tape began to p*****. It is clear that a second coat of joint compound should have been applied. This may have to be redone or finished. Interior work was fine. The individual did work well, but was not keen on staying for the full time purchased. He should have advised me, too, that more compound should have been applied to ceiling joints.

Description of Work: Fixed a couple of holes in dry wall in kitchen and front foyer. Also replaced bottom foot of dry wall all around basement as it was removed due to basement flooding. Also replaced base board. Finished up in a time manner and left things neat and clean.

Description of Work: two painters painted two rooms. they did a good job. however, the two painters did not speak english so I had to call their office to communicate and their office then call the painters. they were all very nice about it but communicating with them was a little difficult.

Description of Work: They were very accommodating to necessary schedule changes. Allowed me to have a Saturday appointment. Showed up promptly and did an excellent job painting my dining room and another hallway wall.

Description of Work: Painted two downstairs rooms plus hallway - one bedroom and one family room. Painted walls and crown molding. More time was needed than paid for via the special deal - received a quote immediately and the painter returned the next day to finish the job. Did very good job and avoided for the most part the door and window trim that had already been done by the home owner.

Description of Work: These guys fixed a few issues with my drywall ceilings. They were on time, very professional and did a terrific job on everything we requests to have done. Can't say enough on how good their work is. Will use them with any future improvements and have already referred them to several friends and neighbors. Great job and thank you!

Description of Work: Touch Up Painting and Wall Repairs. Took a little bit to schedule but when they came out the team was ready to work. Very thorough and organized and cleaned everything up. Good job on the dry wall repairs. Mismatched paint not their fault walls need to be fully repainted. Overall, I would use them again.

Description of Work: Bought a painter for a day deal, and it took about 3 weeks to schedule. Company tries to cancel due to snow one day, but we were actually scheduled for another day, so the appointment was kept as scheduled. Painter arrived on time and was courteous, but spoke very limited English, so it was difficult to communicate at times. The desired painting was done, and was a quality, professional job. The painter also did some small surface repairs without being asked. My primary issue is that, although "protection" was put up, paint dripped on furniture and furnishings, and dried paint was scraped off something and left all over my front porch for me to deal with.

Description of Work: PROS: They showed up during a blizzard when everything was shut-down due to heavy snow because we only had one day to paint before we moved into our condo. We asked for 2 painters for 4 hours to assist us in painting a great room and 3 bedrooms. We couldn't start work until 10am, and Williams worked with us even though their preference was an earlier start time. We appreciated that. | |CONS: The workers did a mediocre job. In comparing the areas we painted ourselves to the ones they painted, the coverage was better on ours. Also, their attitude was a little overbearing. For the money (we paid $250 for 2 workers for 4 hours - although about an hour of that time the workers spent trying to find parking in the snow), it was fine.
