When we explained our problem, Willam's got us on their schedule within the week, repaired the sheet rock, and dod a great job of painting the rec room. They patched holes (from pictures, etc) and got all work done in a single day. I have used them before, as have other family members and friends. All have reported a good experience. We had a very good experience

In preparation for an Open House, we needed some painting done quickly. Mr. William Pozo, the owner, came by to do a free estimate on very short notice and was able to do the job the next day. His work was perfect, when I came home, the job was done and the work area was spotless. Very reasonably priced for the work done. Highly recommended!

He has completed several projects for me over the last few years. The work has all turned out great! The workmanship has been excellent. He has always kept his appointments and arrive right on time. His estimates have always been spot on which is important. I have always felt that his costs weer reasonable and they compared to others.

It was good! We just didn't go forward with the work at the time. We have no complaints.

I was impressed that the owner of the company was the person who came out to do the estimate. He came across as very straight-forward and cared about the reviews posted on various sites about his business. He did divulge a bit too much information in that he told me about reviews he didn't care for and how people sometimes have expectations that are too high. With a name like "Williams Professional Painting," you'd expect exactly that. Unfortunately, it wasn't what I experienced. Perhaps my expectations were too high also. While the painters covered all of the furniture that was in the rooms, they still managed to get paint on some of it. When I pointed it out, one of the contractors tried to get the paint out of the fabric by rubbing it, which had the exact opposite effect. Lucky for Williams, that furniture was already destined for the trash heap. I also noticed paint on the (relatively new) carpet along the baseboards, showing that the painters did not sufficiently cover the carpet before painting. I noticed that they didn't use any painter's tape at all. Finally, I noticed multiple areas where they had done a less-than-professional job of painting (missed areas) or had somehow damaged the drywall or caulking around the windows. To their credit, when I pointed out the problems, they were immediately addressed. The price was a bit on the high side for the services rendered, and I didn't expect to have to babysit the painters. But overall, when it was completed, the quality was good. I selected "No" to using this company again mainly for the damage issues.

They were very cooperative when working with us and they were good about breaking down the quote because we had already painted some of the house ourselves. They were excellent about cleaning up, they didn’t get any paint on our brick work, and they were just overall wonderful. They did a great job.
