Overall I was very satisfied with the service. The painters did a very good job, from repairing dings on the walls, prepping the walls and the attention to detail. The only negative is they rescheduled on me the day before the service. I would consider using them again especially because the price was right.

It went well. It was some exterior painting to cover the ravages of time. They came out and made an estimate of what it would cost to do the work and we made an appointment with them to have the work done. They came in and completed the work, it was done quite satisfactorily and they performed to the estimate that they gave us so we were completely satisfied with them. Over all we were happy with them.

I bought a coupon for services that fit my small job: I only needed a large ceiling painted. The 2 men that showed were on time and professional, they gave me a time and materials estimate that was right on target. They performed the job very well and were very good about tidiness (which I appreciate). I would definitely hire them again.

Overall, I am very pleased with this job and would consider using Williams Painting again. Pros: The quality of the paint job was excellent. Nail pops were patched and other surface flaws taken care of so the walls look perfect. The trim and ceiling paint was done very neatly. They started on time and completed the job in a reasonable period of time. They cleaned up after themselves and did not make a mess. They bought my paint for me (don't think it saved me $$, but certainly saved some time). I needed the job done pretty quickly, and the owner was happy to try to accommodate my timing. Cons: Communication is a little bit of a challenge; I would recommend contacting them via phone instead of email. Email doesn't get responded to in a timely manner (which, by my standard, is 24 hours to maybe 48 max). I had to add on to the Big Deal because I needed more painted than what the Big Deal included. I certainly don't think the additional charges were excessive, but it took it from a great deal to just about average. Would be nice if they automatically provided a written bill/receipt--both for the homeowner's recordkeeping and to help themselves--when they asked for payment at the end of the job, I had to remind him that I owed for the paint. I didn't get a receipt (but in fairness, I didn't end up asking for one either).

I bought a coupon on Angie's list and communicated with William on the project. it couldn't have been a better experience. I didn't need the rooms painted right away so we agreed that I would call him back when I was ready to schedule. A month and a half later I spoke with him and we scheduled the work for two weeks later. I was pleased he was able to schedule me only a few weeks out given the demand he likely received from his Angie's List coupon offering. Two workers came to my house around 8:00AM to perform the work. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the completed project. The paint job looks great. No splills or marks. Two coats and a nice job on the trim. We were asked a couple questions during the project to make sure it was done the way we wanted. William followed up afterward to make sure the job was complted to our satisfaction. It's easy to communicate with William by phone or text. I called him three or four times and he answered each call.

We have called twice for him to call back to schedule an appointment. I have not received a call back from him

I bought the Big Deal for $149 and scheduled about 3 weeks out. On the day they were scheduled the owner called to let me know the painters were on the way. He then asked if they could possibly paint later in the day. Since I had landscapers here it was not a problem. I let them know I had to leave the house at a certain time and they worked within my schedule. The job looks professional and I am extremely happy with the results. They moved some of my heavier furniture, removed some window covering brackets and repaired the drywall. When they left the only way you knew they were there was the smell of paint. They cleaned up and put all furniture back into originial places. The Big Deal required that I buy the paint. I had not figured in the trim paint, but found some in my garage. The owner called to make sure I had some because he wanted the job to be done right. Thanks to Williams Painting for exceeding my expectations!

William and his co worker were extremely efficient and the room was perfect! We have asked him to give us estimates on future work in our home. Looking forward to seeing him again.

I purchased the coupon for a single room painting, and contacted Mr. Pozo (William) to schedule. I also let him know at that time that we had other painting to be done. He came promptly and provided a very reasonable estimate. I had previously contacted another paint company in the area and was astounded at the high price they gave (I concluded they really didn't want the work). Mr. Pozo and his crew moved furniture, painted two wall coats and trim. They came promptly as promised and were very efficient. The work looked great, and the crew cleaned up and moved the furniture back when done. If I ever pick out colors, I can't wait to have them come back and paint my upstairs.

The painters arrived right on time & did a fantastic job painting two (large) rooms in our home. There wasn't a drip of paint left anywhere that it shouldn't have been and the rooms look beautiful! We are very pleased with the service we received.

I bought a coupon for one room of painting. When he arrived to do the work, he pointed out 2 places that needed extra attention. He ended up doing additional work and I paid him an additional $100.00.

I called to inquire about the room painting deal, which Angie's list said included prepping, painting and priming, but was told it did not include primer. Even after I told the rep that we were painting over a red wall with a light color, he suggested primer wasn't necessary. Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, so I did not book the work.

They came in made the assessment and gave me the additional price for additional work..

Williams Painting and Remodeling came to my home and painted my office within four days of me making the initial call to them. They responded immediately to my inquiry; were professional; right on time and finished the job before the anticipated end time. I paid an extra $50 for the ceiling to be painted and it was well worth it. I will hire them again in an instant ... once I decide which room is next on the list!

The experience was smooth. I bought a groupon and called to schedule the service, which we did for the following week. The gentlemen who did the work was on time. He took about 5 hours or so to do one room, approximately 400 square feet, and he redid the trim. I was a bit unclear about whether paint was included as part of the groupon - the wording seemed to indicate that it was, but when we spoke, they told me I had to buy the paint. Ultimately it was still a very reasonable price, but might want to clear up that wording for the future. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and would use this company again in the future.

The work is very professional. It's quality work. The clean up was really good. We are very pleased with the product. The attention to detail was definitely there.

William and his employee came on time and did an EXCELLENT job. The job was detail oriented and exceeded my expectations for quality. They responded promptly, made the appointment promptly, did the work and did a great job cleaning up, all for a great low price of $150. If I have more work I'm going to call them up first next time.

For the price quoted (which was right in line with several other firms we called for quotes) we were shocked to see 5 guys in our house on the morning of job start in addition to William (other companies only promised us two people). Within moments of arriving, the whole team was moving and working and they didn't stop for the entire day. They knocked this job out of the park - the attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to stay until the job was PERFECT was so incredibly honorable. Our home is very old and the drywall and ceiling were just drinking in paint. William noted that more than 2 coats would be required for HIM (not me) to be satisfied with the finished product. It took a half day more than expected to do the extra coat (requiring William and two of his team to come back the next day) but our quoted price did not change. For the rooms where only the ceiling was painted, they took all of our original paint and made sure the edges were exactly perfect (there were places where I had painted and not made it exactly to the ceiling, so they were fixing my errors). Also, we had a really hard to reach spot that I was going to paint later, and without even asking they did it for me. It is so very very rare to find a contractor who has a team that wants to work the entire time you are at their home. The gentleman who painted that small area could have instead taken a break, or slowed down his pace, but he and the rest of the team, worked so diligently and turned a simple paint job into a major improvement of our home. We live in an older home and are often in need of repair/remodel work and when William's team finished, my husband came home, looked at the completed job, and said, "we've finally found a company we'd want to use again and again," and he's absolutely right. We'll be using them again.

The paint job was great! The owner even called to ensure the work was satisfactory to us and offered to help us with our other painting projects in the future. They were prompt, always on time and were so nice when speaking with them on the phone.

The first time I called I was given a time and date, but told that I would be called back to verify. I never received that call, so I had to call back and schedule a different day. The schedule was easy though and only a week out. We were only told to provide 2 gallons of interior paint with our choice of color. Two evenings before our scheduled time, I received a call asking if they could come the next day, rather than their scheduled day. It worked out. The actual work went pretty smoothly, except that I was asked to provide paint for the baseboards, which I had not purchased in advance. Luckily I had some off-white semi-gloss in my garage, and it looks ok.The room is painted well with clean edges. They only used one gallon of paint, but the walls look adequately covered. The previous owners of our house had painted over the wall plates, and our painters did the same, painting the plastic outlets as well which seemed unusual to me but I've never paid a professional team before. Overall, the work was satisfactory and fast.
