It was such a pleasure to work with Williams Painting and Remodeling. Once I purchased the Big Deal, I received an e-mail within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. I called once prior to our appointment to ask a couple questions and Mr. Williams was easily reachable and helpful. The deal included walls only, no trim or ceilings. On the morning of our appointment, Mr. Williams called me to notify me that his crew were on their way. They were a crew of 3 men, they arrived on time, and worked quietly and efficiently. They arrived about 8:30 and were finished by 3 pm. What a great deal and awesome experience. We are already in the process of scheduling more painting to be done upstairs!

William and his crew did a beautiful job painting my ceilings. They were very careful to cover the walls, furniture, etc., and moved the furniture back when they finished. They arrived as scheduled and finished within 8 hours. I am very pleased with the results, and look forward to working with William's Painting again on other projects.

They worked with me since I had recently returned from serving overseas with the military on scheduling. They were great about finding a date quickly since I needed the room painted ASAP, real responsive to my emails. They showed up when they said and knocked out painting a room in 3 hours. The room had furniture in it and they covered up all of our furniture and removed the outlet covers and still were done on time. Overall very satisfied.

It turned out fine. They were prompt and on time. The painting turned out to be adequate.

I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for 3 rooms for $299 (limited to 13x13 rooms). William, the owner, quickly responded to schedule on one of my three proposed dates. On the morning of the appt, I call him because he was not there at the 8 am time provided. He realized he didn't record my appt or double booked for the day. He tried to get me to reschedule, but having taken the day off work and already emptied the three rooms, I was adamant about having it done that day. After a couple calls, he called back to reschedule to start at 11 am for which he arrived close to that time with his crew. Ultimately, they team did a pretty good job. They worked efficiently and were done by 5ish. Having looked in before finishing cleaning up the bottom trim - it appeared a bit sloppy - but the end result was pretty good.

Wonderful! They were great-- timely, very professional, detailed, experienced and completed the entire job in one day. Very helpful and willing to work with us to move small pieces of furniture that needed to be moved, covered everything to make sure nothing was damaged and very neat throughout the job. They even tightened the banister to our stairway. well done!

I was delayed in getting this service scheduled. I contacted the provider to see if he would still honor the coupon since my call was past the expiration date. He asked me to call him back from my cell phone so he could get my phone number on his phone. I then did so, but got his voicemail. I tried calling again and unfortunately, we had difficulty understanding each other. I called a last time to let him know I planned to seek a refund. He said he could do the work, but said he was ok if I wanted a refund.

I've used their service twice. The first time they painted the interior of a new town house I purchased. They showed up on time and worked with me to confirm the colors needed in each room and quickly got started thereafter. They kept the workplace clean and put all their tools away at the end of each workday. The completed the job as promised on the designated day. The second I used them was more recently to paint the exterior wood trim of another town house. William stopped by and gave me a quote then showed up a week later with his team to replace the damaged wood with wood or pvc. They did all that in two visits Friday and Saturday and, as expected, cleaned up after them and completed the job as promised. I would use them again and also refer William Pozo to others. It's easy to communicate your requirements to them as long as everything is agreed upon before the work starts.

Two painters worked quietly and efficiently. The work is beautiful and they were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. One gentleman was on his knees wiping up the little bit of dust on hardwood floor outside the room that was painted. We've already decided to use them again.

The painter did a good job painting the room. However, the price was much more than advertised in the big deal. The price of $125 was not to paint the room. It did not include the walls, doors or entrance. The actual price was much higher. The price was at least $200 higher.

My experience with Williams painting was positive all around. He was quick to return my calls, on time on day of service, and painting was done very quickly and professionally. An extra request was easily handled that was not in the original coupon. All work was fully completed and cleaned up thoroughly. I will call again.

Great service. They arrived on time (a little bit early, in fact) and got started right away. They were agreeable to painting the high walls in the stairwell. Work was completed in about 4 hours. Everything looked perfect!

Great! The guys showed up on time and completed the job meticulously. They even asked questions about painting the trim, if we wanted it painted over, etc. A job well done!

While William's Painting was very quick to respond to our call and scheduled his painters within the week, their work was a bit sloppy. They slopped paint over the custom trim on our upper kitchen cabinets, painted over the clear caulking around the quartz countertops, and did not do a very professional job cutting-in around the ceiling. it took a few weeks for Williams Painting to complete the job to our satisfaction, with promises to come out but not showing up, etc. Having hired professional painters two years before to paint the interior of our house (with the exception of the kitchen), we know what skilled painters can do. While the $149 price can't be beat, they probably should have done a better quality job in order to gain repeat business from us.

He was fantastic. I would give him an 'A'. They had a really strong work ethic and paid really great attention to detail. My daughter's room was a pepto bismol pink and we painted it a very light blue and when the previous painter had painted it he had gotten some spots on the ceiling and I said "I can't pay you to repaint the ceiling," and I asked him "Do you have ceiling paint?" and he said "No, no, it's no charge." H said "They've gotten pink on the ceiling and so it's going to look much nicer if I just clean that up for you." SO he did. The price was extremely reasonable.

Showed up on time. Finished quickly and did a nice job. Charged me an extra $170 to paint the ceiling.

They did a phenomenal job. We have tall vaulted ceilings and a crawl space that would make it a difficult job. The attention to detail was amazing. Every time I walk into the room I just look at how good the paint looks. The two painters were very polite and professional. They arrived first thing in the morning and got right to work. They gave the first coat a chance to dry a bit before starting on the second which prevented streaking. (We had another painter in the past who did not wait and you can tell he should have given it some time.) I would definitely use this company again for any other big painting projects I have.

Mr. Pozo was good to work with. He called me as soon as I purchased the deal, which I thought was very professional. I wasn't ready yet to decide on a color, but I was able to get on the schedule within three weeks once I did choose one. The painting job looks great, and I'm pretty picky about that!

I purchased the deal for one room of painting for $149 and used it to repaint 3 walls of my kitchen with the same color only in semi-gloss. Since the color was barnyard red and the baseboards and cabinets are white, there was a lot of care taken to protect the white areas. The cut in at the ceiling was great as it was near the white wall and around my counters and cabinets. Small cracks were professionally patched as I see no evidence of them now. All in all it was a very good experience and I would use provider again.

Absolutely I will and am planning to use Williams again. He will be doing some remodeling and exterior repair for me in the next few weeks.
