They were great! The arrived on time and started work immediately. The painted all three rooms in four hours. I was extremely pleased with the work and clean-up afterwards. It would have taken me that much time to just mask the two bathrooms. I would highly recommend then and use them again.

William himself is prompt and professional. He and his team have a very broad spectrum of skills and capabilities. The finished product is excellent and William is willing to touch up anything that is missed. He is very flexible and helps to point out gaps with design issues or other complications. In this specific case, I had to restore a house to pristine condition after a tenant had not taken care of anything. Today the house looks remarkable thanks to William and his team's attention to detail. I felt like I had an ally while i struggled to get my house back in order. Further, I doubt there are many jobs that William could not complete for a reasonable price.

They were very accommodating and did a beautiful job! They were wonderful. Mr. Williams and his crew did an excellent job. They were polite, neat, and tidy. They laid stuff down so they wouldn’t track in dirt. I feel the price I got was A+!

I found them through my father. They were very good and I would use them again.

The quality of the painting was excellent, however communication was less than optimal. I asked two or three times what time they were going to show up, and was never given an answer. The day of the scheduled service I got a call at 8 am saying they were running late and would be there at 9. Because I bought the coupon, I also had to wait about a month before they could schedule me.

It went okay. They had to come back and redo the trim. They did try and did the shortcut. There’s a wall between the 2 trim strips and they try to paint the whole thing but they only paint the middle so the paint didn’t match so they had to come back and redo the whole thing. You need to know better the job they are supposed to do. Maybe they are okay if you tell them exactly what to do but you need to bring some knowledge about the paint job and I think that’s where the problem is. They should know better what kind of paint to use and should know better if the paint will match. On the other room, they did a good job.

I bought the service as a "big deal" and through e-mail contact, made an agreed-on appointment on a specific date. The day arrived, but the painters did not. I called mid-morning and startled the heck out of the man who answered the phone: my appointment had been lost. So we made another appointment. The day before that new appointment, I got a confirmation e-mail with a time to expect the painters. At promptly 7:30 the next morning, two painters arrived. They spread tarps everywhere, from my front door down the stairs to the rooms that needed painting. They were quiet, clean, and efficient, and they did a great job. They even painted my baseboards and the slider frame, which I had not expected. They finished mid-afternoon and cleaned everything up. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and attention to detail, and with the professionalism of the painters. I graded "B" on responsiveness because they lost my first appointment and I had taken the day off to be home, which was kind of annoying.

The gentlemen did a fantastic job. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule and they showed up on time and ready to get to work. They were very professional and went above and beyond to ensure my rooms looked great. They helped me move some things. I was very grateful. They were efficient and my rooms look great. I will be working with them again for sure.

We purchased the three room deal but only needed our large master bedroom painted. William was very professional and polite. He and his helper moved furniture, covered everything and even patched nail holes. The paint job is beautiful, nice and clean lines. William answered any questions we had and they vacuumed when they were done. Great job! Couldn't be more pleased with our bedroom .

The work performed was high quality except for a few splatter spots of paint on door knobs etc... Otherwise clean up on floors was excellent. At times the communication was tough over the phone due to his broken English but in person it was never a problem. I appreciated his willingness to resolve all issues we had. There were 2 main issues we ran into: 1. His insurance was expired. We lost a full day for him to renew it and get back on the job as I would not allow his staff inside the house without it. That just can't happen and I debated even putting that in here but I think it's extremely important. 2. We could not rely on his punctuality as he was always 30 minutes late. His electrician was also over an hour late the first day he arrived. With that said, there were nights where they stayed until past 6pm. One night well past 7pm to finish the job. I feel bad for them but appreciate their willingness to get the job done on time. The plus side is the work that he and his staff does is very good. They truly do their best and are very hard workers. What we got for the money was very good. I had another quote out there from a larger company and they were about 30% more. I also appreciated the owner painting over a few things in my closet that wasn't originally part of the job. He also painted the ceiling in one bathroom free of charge. Something he didn't have to do, obviously. Overall, yes I would hire again knowing this time what to prepare myself for because they did a very good job.

The painting crew was very pleasant, however their difficulty with English led to a near design disaster. I asked for the Front door to be painted the color of the adjacent walls, and the crew took it to mean that ALL the interior doors, 6 of them, should be painted the wall color. As I had walked away from the area and busied myself elsewhere, I was visibly startled/stunned when I returned and saw all the doors painted. I couldn't communicate with the workers about the error, the owner was not on site, so I intruded on a neighbor who is a native Spanish speaker to translate for me my concerns to the workmen, and their responses to me. It was very tense and a potential nightmare, but was worked out thanks to my neighbor. Before the final walk-through, I noticed there were large sections that appeared to have been incompletely painted, as if it was to be gone over again to provide complete and neat coverage later, but was forgotten. I notified Mr. Pozo, and he came and finished these several areas (mostly in tight difficult areas around door jams). He also re-installed a shelving bracket that somehow had come out of the wall; as I discovered two weeks later, his crew had nothing to do with the bracket coming loose. Mr. Pozo didn't seem to really comprehend the gravity of the potential disaster of painting all the doors in colors not intended when I explained it to him. Mr. Pozo informed me he did not take credit cards when the time came to pay; a fact I was unaware of. Fortunately I had other methods of payment available to me. Within a week of the completion of the job, I began to notice several surfaces on doors where paint was peeling away, or not adhering well. There is also a fairly large area on a long wall in the hall where the white paint of the original color shows prominently under the new deep grey.... and then I realized I had an entire full can of paint left over suggesting to me that 1) the doors were not properly primed and scuffed so paint would adhere well, and were given only one coat, and 2) the hallway was given one coat also, accounting for there being too much paint left over. I had asked the painters if two coats were applied when it seemed to me they were finishing the job quickly, but I'm not sure I was understood.

The Williams Painting and Remodeling team did an excellent job. They were so good the first time we used them (one week earlier on 12/14/13), we had them come back to do more work one week later. We plan to use them again as soon as we pick out the colors for the rooms they haven't painted yet. The guys were all so very nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. We were so pleasantly surprised at how good it all looks and how awesome the whole experience has been.

While they did a great job, what I did not appreciate was the fact that for the first date I chose for them to come paint, I was called within in less than 24hrs in order for them to reschedule with me. I don't think that was very professsional.

They were excellent. They did a great job at a great price. They were very professional and I would recommend them highly. They are the first company that has actually thanked me for choosing them after I paid them; the owner actually called back afterwards to see how the job went.

They did a great job. One room was being painted red and needed 3 coats so I had to pay for the third coat. They came on time, did a good quality job, finished in about a half day, and we're clean and professional! Would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I contracted for a special offer of three rooms of painting for $299. Because I was putting my house on the market on Monday, the owner, William, made a special effort to prepare my house for listing. When William came out on his preliminary visit he determined that my job required additional paints to prepare the exterior and repair the water damaged spot in the living room ceiling. Prior to doing the job, he purchased the additional paints to match the areas being painted. He and his helper came out early on Saturday. They worked quickly and professionally to complete all three areas in four hours. They worked skillfully and neatly. I appreciated Williams flexibility in altering the terms of the special offer that I had purchased and his willingness to meet my timetable for completion of the job. I plan use their services in the new house.

It went great. William and his assistant exceeded our expectations on all counts - and my wife is not easy to please in this category! I would say that they were meticulous in their protection of furniture, built-ins, carpets, halls and stairs - literally covering and taping off any area of possible over-paint. While we did remove some of the smaller items and furniture ourselves, they moved and covered the larger pieces and replaced everything when they were done (including one monstrously heavy, marble-topped antique piece). One notable detail was that they took the small extra amount of time needed to remove, paint, and then replace all wall electrical plug/switch covers rather than just paint around them as some often do. They patched and trued any imperfections in the walls before beginning; applied two coats of paint leaving more than adequate drying time in between coats; and then went back with our trim paint and touched up any over-paints or cut lines on trim trim edges and base boards. Their quality of workmanship was first-class and the final comment from my wife summed it up - as when looking at the new look of the den..."I don't know why we didn't do this years ago!" And for perspective, she literally threw a painter (we used some years ago) out our house before the job was complete because of his inattention to detail and substandard workmanship. William was timely (arrived 15 minutes early) and stayed much longer that we would have anticipated (about 7 hours work went into the 2 rooms). We will definitely use William again on our next project and do recommend him to others.

I had my toddler son's room painted and crown molding installed and a loft with a ladder in the closet built. William is extremely professional and very easy to deal with. This is the second time that I have used him for painting and I plan to use him again. I was able to schedule the service within two weeks. He pushed it a couple days, but it wasn't a problem for me. The room looks beautiful and the loft is amazing. Very happy with the service.

After I purchased the big deal earlier this year to have my loft painted, I asked William for a quote to paint my downstairs living room and dining room and the ceiling including the kitchen ceiling). The first day I had 4 painters working hard. They moved furniture and even removed a quilt that was hanging on the wall by the vaulted ceiling that I couldn't reach. All the furniture was covered with plastic drop cloths for protection. They were careful, clean and polite. The second day William and a helper came back to give the walls a second coat. They cleaned up and moved furniture back in place - and even re-hung my quilt for me. I was very happy with the result - the place looks brand new!

We were so pleased with work that Williams Painting and Remodeling did a few weeks ago, we had them return to do additional painting. A two man crew arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently and cleaned up beautifully after they finished.

They did a great job, but they couldn't make the first date we scheduled the work to be done on. Other than that I would use them again. They did move my furniture to the middle of the rooom and painted the baseboards in each room.
