Williams arrived on 4/21 to provide a quote on our living room, hall way going upstairs, baby room, as well as the repair and painting of mold in the ceiling and a window ledge chewed by our dog. His quote was fair and reasonable. After receiving several quotes we decided on his company. He was able to accommodate us quickly. We added a hall bathroom for painting at the last minute, which was completed with no issues. His team was about 30 minutes late arriving on day 1; however they worked very quickly. They covered the floors and were very neat with clean up. There were 5 guys on day 1. The job was done in two days. The only thing is on the living room wall there is like an odd lump of paint. I think it is where they tried to patch something. However, in all fairness we did not notice until several days later and did not bring it to William's attention. We would use his company again for other services!

They did great work except the crew did not clean up from the wood trim repair. Tarps were used, but the crew shook them out where the work was done.

The team performed exceptional work, spent countless hours on the project and were always responsive and helpful. We had the team replace flooring and tile in both bathrooms and the quality of the work is exceptional. When a problem arose, as they often do during home improvements, William and the team adapted to help us find a solution to the problem and move forward. I find William's prices incredibly competitive and their level of service and quality top notch. After our work was completed, we had a problem with one of the installations and William came back the same day to resolve the problem. Highly recommend.

William replied to my many messages very quickly. He arrived on time with another worker. The painting was done very professionally and it looks fantastic. William has a very nice personality and is easy to work with. They cleaned up everything in the area and put back things they had to move. I would hire him again in a nanosecond with no hesitation whatsoever. Thank you William!!

The paint quality was excellent. The crew was punctual and respectful. They covered all the furniture and did an excellent job with the painting and cleaning it all up. I highly recommend them for any painting projects you wish to have done in your home. They were the most affordable crew I found as well.

sInitially the job started out well. The painters painted everything including repairing water stains and damage to a few of the ceilings and walls. However, the contractual agreement included wall paper removal, prep and painting. It also included repair of all nail pops. The painters did a very good job, but they did not prep the walls after removing the wall paper nor did they repair any of the nail pops. They washed their brushes out in my tub and did not clean up after this. The outcome was paint stains all in my tub. They got paint on windows and did not remove the spills. Instead, they left this for the homeowner to do. William tried to say that he gave me an estimate for an empty house, yet he told me that the job would be completed in one week. After one week, I started moving my household effects in. There were still several items to finish like the stair moulding, which they did do, but they did not paint the balisters. I sent William an email to ask him to return the following week after the job was completed to take a look at the walls where the wall paper had been removed and he said OK, but there has been no response since March. I'm disappointed because he had good reviews from Angie's List and even one reference. They do a decent job painting, but not on the prep job when removing wall paper.

William and his team were very professional from the initial consultation to the final walk thru. they were even able to remove some wall paper without replacing the dry wall as we originally thought would have to happen. We were out of town when the actual work was done but my in laws checked in in the evenings to check on things. We will definitely have William back for future projects.

Very professional. Quality of workmanship shows. Good communications on schedule and delays due to weather. Clean-up was spotless. I will hire Williams again. Excellent job!

I would have rather he price the room to include the trim, will go back to my regular guy and not worry about getting a deal.

After the first job, there was no question who we would turn to again to paint the interior of the second townhouse. Estimates were fair and competitive, and work was high quality, as was the scheduling and timely completion. The houses were left clean. Mr. Pozo and his crew are professional and courteous. We are looking to do work in our own home and will be turning to Williams Painting and Remodeling to perform those services. We highly recommend this company.

There was a lot of confusion with the scheduling resulting in 2 reschedules, both due to the contractor. Once we got them here, they did an excellent job, no complaints on that score. I will use them again for future painting projects.

These guys were very very professional. And they worked very hard getting the job done. They left me and my wife very happy with their work. These guys did a WONDERFUL job on our house and will definitely use them again. Thanks a lot guys.

William is very professional as well as his crew. They showed up as scheduled and worked very hard the entire day. I would highly reccommend him and will use him again. The final work product was excellent as well.

William sent three of his subcontractors to complete the work, they arrived on time, they got right to work, they were clean, efficient and performed the job well. They had to prepare the walls that had some damage due to prior wallpaper and removal of wallpaper, they prepped all the rooms. they completed 2 rooms in 1 day, including trim and ceiling which we had to pay extra for, the big deal only covered the walls. They worked really hard and delivered a great result, we would want the same three painters on future projects. Do make sure you understand what is and not included in your big deal and how much the cost will be upfront.

The business owner arrived on time with two painters. He walked the areas with me and asked if I wanted nails (for hanging pictures) removed or not and what color paint was going in which room. He made sure his painters were clear on what work was to be done and he left. The painters sanded every wall from floor to ceiling. They filled holes as necessary and sanded again. They painted and their clean up process even included vacuuming the carpet and sweeping the tile floor. William was very professional and communicative. His painters did an excellent job and were very polite and careful in their work. They did a really great job and treated my home and me with great respect. We've only been in this new home a few minutes but realized we weren't happy with the color choices in the living room and one bathroom. I saw a deal on Angie's List that was so reasonable I just had to take advantage and change colors. Williams Painters were wonderful--no paint on the tile surrounding the bathtub, no paint on furniture, windows, carpet, or anywhere it shouldn't be. These fellows smoothed flaws in the dry wall my previous painters just painted right over. I told William next time we wanted to paint I would call him.

I couldn't be more pleased with the paint job I received from Williams Painting and Remodeling. The painters arrived on time and were polite, professional, and worked diligently for seven hours to complete the job. They were so careful to cover my floors, counter tops, cabinets, etc. and then cleaned up beautifully when they finished. We had them do one room. We communicated through Angie's List messinger. Our painter didn't get the changes through manager, and as a result, didn't show up one day -- we had to call. They honored the Angie's List deal and gave us a few things for free.

Arrive on Time Finished in 2 hours

There was a scheduling glitch and they failed to show up on the day they were supposed to be there. They then scheduled me for the next business day and showed up on time. The painters took a little longer than expected to complete the job, but did a great job and were very professional.

First apt they reschedule at short notice (not happy with 2 days notice for a job scheduled 6 weeks earlier). But once they ame they did a great job.

It worked out really well. They missed the first appointment but they were here yesterday and they stayed until they completed the whole job. I used William's Painting and Remodeling again on April 14, 2014, to paint the exterior wood trim of our home (front and back). They did a great job and completed the work in one day. I am planning on using them again in the very near future.
