William and his team did an exceptional job. Two snow events set back the schedule slightly, but they were quick to adjust their schedules to make sure the job got done. I was very impressed with the quality of the work...the walls were in pretty bad shape before (older home that really had not been painted for 20+ years) and now it looks brand new. I would definitely use again.

Did a very fine job. Arrived on time and worked until all tile was up. Returned the next working day (work took place on a Saturday/Monday) after mortar had set to grout tile field. Finished job very neat and clean with all tile joints even and spaced accurately. Work area left clean.

William did a lot of work for our newly purchased house and turned the house from nice to awesome. His crew is very professional, hardworking and cheerful. The painting job was superb. The price he charged for refinishing some wood floor was half of the price I was quoted from another contractor.

William visited on two occasions to discuss the project then provided a detailed estimate. He and his crew arrived on time and worked every day until the project was completed. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our privacy. His primary crew member, Jesus was diligent, professional and solved some unique problems regarding installation. Tile installation was perfect. We ere always advised if the crew would be delayed, etc., so we could plan our day accordingly. They took pains to control dirt and dust which was important to us as we have an extensive model train collection that simply does not play well with dust! At the close of the project William inspected the work with us and insured the basement was clean and all construction material, etc. was removed. We've used him before and once again, a most outstanding experience. We would encourage anyone having home remodeling work to be done to included William in your list of contractors to bid.

The crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. They were all very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and I'm very pleased with the results.

Mr. Pozo and his crew painted my house in the Spring, and I brought them back to do a refresh of master bath, main bath, and paint kitchen, family room and sunroom. Crew showed up every morning at 8 and started work. Quit by 5 and were gone when we got home. Very neat and professional. Trustworthy. You can pay a lot more for painting, but these guys are very reasonably priced and professionals. Mr. Pozo respects you as a customer.

I used Williams Painting for two contracts. On the first contract, I hired them to paint 5 rooms - walls and baseboards only. Mr. Pozo's team showed up promptly at 8:00am each day and did a very nice job. I hired him again a couple weeks later to repaint our entry, multiple other rooms and all the trim and ceilings. Our house has quite a bit of trim, crown molding and detail, so this was a much bigger job. Again, his team showed up right on time. They did a excellent job of wall prep, and the paint looks great. I think we ended up using over 20 gallons of paint for the two combined jobs, and everything looks like new. I would happily recommend Williams Painting.

William and his crew were very professional, courteous and most importantly they did a great job remodeling our guest bathroom. They were very meticulous, paid attention to details and were always responsive to our needs and in a timely manner. We will definitely hire them for future remodeling projects!

I messaged William to schedule an appointment to get a quote. He messaged back within 2 days. He also maintained contact with me and followed up tirelessly to set up a time for the appointment. After the appointment, I received a quote promptly with a very fair price with a comprehensive repair proposal. I had gotten 3 quotes so far, William's had the best price/quality ratio. After I decided to do the work with William, he came and finished the job just before Christmas. I was very impressed with the speed and punctuality of his work. I submitted payment via credit card over the phone as I was out of town (service was done on a rental property). It was a very easy and professional transaction all around.

The work was done professionally, expeditiously, and with excellent results. Willim Pozo (the owner of Williams Painting) is very easy to work with -- with a direct, no nonsense, succinct, honest manner. I look forward to working with him again on other projects.

I got a response to my initial call in 2 days. The job started the next week and took a total of three days. William and the whole crew were professional and neat. I intend on using them again next year when I remodel the basement.

William and his crew painted the entire main level of my townhouse and the master. They went above and beyond and sanded the windowsills and half walls that the builder painted without smoothing. They were very professional, timely, and clean. They actually painted my house while I was out of town. I would definitely recommend Williams painting. I received 3 quotes for the work and while William was not the lowest - he matched the lowest bid I received.

Quote was provided within a few business days of the site visit. We provided a deposit to order the door, and work started the Monday following the door arriving, and was completed, very professionally, in a week. The door and new skylights look great!

The crew did a great job at a very fair price. We had two dormers with rotted wood that they replaced with PVC. The house looks great.

William Pozo the owner is a effective hands on manager of his work crews who are both courteous and efficient. When the supplier of the cement replacement stucco facing for the job could not deliver the material as scheduled, William hired a truck and had one of his employees deliver the material in order to maintain scheduled work. Additionally when it was discovered that some otherwise hidden major boards needed replacement, which were beyond the original scope of work, he replaced them at a very reasonable cost. This type of additional work discovery can sometimes create an opportunity for some contractors to take advantage of a homeowner. Two other homeowners in my neighborhood previously had similar work done to their homes and the high quality of the work performed was consistent on all projects. I intend to have him do additional work this coming spring.

Got the entire job done in one week. Great price and great quality.

Bottom line: If I can not trust/rely on you to provide an estimate, should I trust/rely on you to do the work. Setting up the initial appointment was easy as William was very responsive and came out right away to review the project. We talked through we wanted, and he was able to confidently explain to us exactly what he would do to complete this project. Unfortunately, that's as far as it went. William never provided an estimate. We contacted him several times to get the estimate, and each time he said he had forgotten and would send it. He never did. There could be any number of legitimate reasons why his company was unable to do the work, but communicating that to us would have been the professional thing to do. There are a dozen other painters with higher ratings on Angie's list. I would check them out first.

They were very professional from the start and moved all furniture and covered everything to protect it. They did a great job with the wall repairs and painting. No complaints at all. Very clean and efficient. Thanks for a great job!

Initially the job was scheduled on 1/31/2014. William called me the day before saying that he couldn't do the job the next day. This was scheduled more than a month in advance. We rescheduled the job for 2/7/2014. I emailed him several times to confirm the date and time. They showed up on time. William started the job and left three guys there to do the job. I asked for touch ups in the living room. They also fixed some drywall damage in the bathroom. The service was ok.

Overall things went fine and the work was certainly worth the money. They forgot to put me on the calendar for the original date I had scheduled, but they were very apologetic and quick to try to get me a replacement date right away. Things happen, but how they handled it was what mattered. I was amazed with how much they painted in under 8 hours.

William was very professional. Arrived for the estimate on time, and was very accommodating in that we were under a very tight schedule. The reviews on Angie's List were 1000% correct as our experience was terrific. His crew arrived on time, worked hard, and were very respectful of our house. To give you an example, I arrived with a SUV filled with plastic shelving units needing to be moved from the rear of the house into the basement. As soon as they saw me moving the items they jumped right in helped me move over 10 units. I didn't have to ask. During the time they were working I asked William to make some changes, like, adding a room to be painted and he didn't hesitate to do so. What was very commendable was William arrived and supervised the crew and the crew stayed until the job was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Williams Painting and Remodeling.

The whole crew was great to have in the house! They worked carefully and efficiently, even cutting carpet that we are going to replace so that they could paint to the base. We thought it might be a two-day job, but they were able to finish in one day, without compromising quality.

They did an excellent job! They arrived on time. They covered everything and taped up plastic in doorways. The job took about two and one-half days. They cleaned up and even vacuumed areas at the end of each day. Their painting was very neat and professional. The crew was professional at all times. The price was great too! Totally great job! We plan to use them again in the future!

EXCELLENT service! We'd ask for them again. Very timely, quality work. They were the lowest bidder and really did a GREAT job! They even took us on short notice. The house looks great - everything we asked for. They also did a great job cleaning up/leaving no trace.
