William and his crew did a very professional job and made my home beautiful. They painted quickly and professionally and cleaned up afterwards. The stacked stone job was quality and my tv looks amazing mounted on it. The quote I got from them was half the price of my other contractor and he was always courteous and professional. We are going to use this company again to put up a kitchen backsplash. Fantastic work

I hired William Painting and Remodeling previously to paint a living room. They did an excellent job (to my total satisfaction), especially that they accommodated my request to do it by a certain deadline. So, when I wanted to have the whole interior of my house painted, I called William Painting again. The owner, William, was always punctual and very professional. He responded promptly to my calls and was very polite. He was very attentive and listened carefully to all my requests. His price was excellent even though the house required an extensive amount of prep work. His crew worked hard and always cleaned up afterwards. Everything was beautifully done and I was extremely pleased. They also do other repairs; I needed four window frames replaced and the job was very well done. I definitely plan to hire William Painting and Remodeling again in the future to paint the exterior of my house as well as other work. If you need any painting done...get William Painting!.

Mr William Pozo, the owner, was very quick to reply to our estimate request. He was prompt, incredibly courteous and thoroughly listened to our complicated request. He was able to do exactly what we wanted and when we wanted it done. Unfortunately we had another painter that dropped out at the last minute and we had already arranged our family schedule for a certain time frame to get the painting done. William was able to accommodate our schedule. We also had a couple of desires that seemed difficult. Our entry is open to the second floor, so 3 x 25 foot-high walls that then go to the stairs or foyer. We have wainscot paneling that goes around the entire area and several other architectural details that create interesting sight-lines. We wanted these walls to have verticle 5" stripes. So, not only was it a lot of space, some hard to reach, to cover with the detail of painting stripes, but you had to also account for how everything lined up with window frames, corners, and other room details. Our second difficulty was that we had very detailed crown molding installed and ended up not liking the initial paint color. We had several other painters come out and every other one either came up with a huge price or said what we wanted was too difficult so would only do part of the job. William gave us a fantastic price and his crew was amazing. Pablo was in charge every day and he also handled the most important detail work. He was meticulous, friendly, and patient. He checked with us on every possible decision, which made my wife much more comfortable throughout the entire process of watching her vision become reality. Each crew arrived promptly at 8 each morning, they always ensured the area was as clean as possible, to include picking up the drop clothes and sweepeing before they left. The project took 12 days, beyond what William had anticipated. As I mentioned it was very detailed work and because this was the first work after the builder, they had to fix normal construction types of issues (nail pops, bowed wall sections, drywall seems and tape, etc). I really can't imagine have a more professional and quality job done at a price anywhere in the neighborhood that William provided. We give our highest recommendation possible - you are sure to be very satisfied.

Their price is the cheapest and the quality is super! They are very efficient and It took them 5 days to get everything done. They covered up my furnitures, kitchen counters, and cabinets. They also unscrewed all electrical outlet snd switch covers. They repaired my damaged dry walls several times and redid some caulks. They even painted my baseboard which was free of change.

I will be hiring William again for many more of our home projects. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and did outstanding work. He responded to all of my calls within minutes and was great about giving solicited advice on paint sheen. We had a very unpleasant experience with another company last week (some walls only had one coat and were splotchy; one wall, one window, and one full room of trim were skipped entirely; there were drippings all over the trim; they left early; we found paint spots on floors plus muddy footprints; didn't clean the sink after washing brushes...I could go on, but you get the point). We are about to move into our new home and were devastated by the shoddy work of the other company. William came to the house, gave an estimate, and completed the entire project all in a four day time frame. Our trim now has crisp, clean lines. All the walls are beautiful. And they left the house immaculate...to include wiping down the floors. William and his crew saved us and turned our home from Oh NO! to Oh Wow!

Communication method ( i prefer email) was a little tough at first but once we figured that out everything was great. They showed up early, worked all day long and stayed until the job was finished. Wall repair and painting looks great. Crew was very nice and there were not any language issues that I have experienced with other contractors. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use William's company in the future.

My experience with William's Painting was excellent. The owner, William Pozo, was great to deal with. He was very accommodating with meeting my schedule. He and his associate showed up on time, worked very diligently, were very professional. The painting job was perfect, and they were very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend them to my friends and will use them in the future. Also, I thought the price was very fair.

William's crew arrived early both days and went straight to work. They spent the first day installing the crown molding and prepping the surfaces for painting. The prep work was a lot because when I stripped the wallpaper there was a lot of damage to the drywall. The second day was the painting and it turned out beautifully. This is the second time I've used William. The first time I got three estimates and William's estimate was the lowest and most reasonable. The labor for the work William did on this project was $1,300; the balance was for the materials. I will not hesitate to use William to paint the rest of my house. He and his crew are very professional and worked very hard both days. If you want a beautiful paint job, just give him a call.

Can't say enough about William and crew. Everyone extremely professional and excellent craftsmen. I was not prepared for everything they did on my painting project(four room and hallways). I thought two guys would come and paint. Be ready for a construction project. 2 days for prepping walls, dents, holes and everything else that needed fixing. Then the painting comes. Beautiful work. We are extremely satisfied. Price? Worth it to me. You get what you pay for. William and crew are the guys. Call him.

William was great with his communication, his crew showed up on time. The crew diligently covered all my floors and belongings. We have had the townhouse for less than a year so we have blue tape on the walls where we wanted the builder to come in and fix separation of walls/trim, nail pops etc... To my amazement Williams team repaired ALL of it! Such excellent service! The took down all of the blinds, moved all the furniture, removed a towel rack and toilet paper holder we were looking to replace, repaired and patched everything so carefully. William had done the other 40% of our townhouse before we moved in and did such a great job we decided to have them come back and finish the job, so glad we did. We would definitely use him and his team again and will be recommending him to friends and family.

William was very professional. We asked him to come to our home to give us an estimate for painting the rooms and hallways mentioned. He was prompt and thorough. His price was very good and he offered to do the job on July 4. This quick response and offer to do the job so quickly convinced us that he was the man for the job. He finished in one day where other painters told us it would take two and a half days. Upon arriving, his crew quickly went to work taking off covers to the electrical outlets, placing drop cloths to cover the entire area, removing curtains and blinds, and began to sand the walls while another crew member got ready to paint. When they finished, they put everything back as they had found it and cleaned up before leaving. They finished in time for us to go to dinner and to see the fireworks. I would definitely call them again and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

William Pozo is very honest, gives fair prices and makes sure the work is performed correctly and done to customer's satisfaction. We have lived in our home for 25 years and have used other painting companies over the years - until we discovered Williams Painting and Remodeling. They provided the best exterior painting we have ever received. The workmanship was surperb. We will use this company in the future to do both exterior and interior painting. We actually had the work done at a different time but can't remember the actual dates. This is the BEST company we have ever used for painting and wood repair.. Mr. William Pozo is professional and easy to work with. We plan on having his company do some interior painting, deck sanding and wall paper removal in late 2015.

The provider was very quick to schedule an appointment to come out to provide me with an estimate. The prices sounded reasonable and the provider left saying he would email the final results of the price so that we can move forward with scheduling a time that evening. This was Saturday, June 13th. As of Monday, June 15th I had not heard from the provider so I emailed and called several times. Still no response by Wednesday. On Wednesday I finally got a hold of the provider by phone who promised again that the email would be sent and that then we could schedule the timing for the painters to come out. Again nothing. Its not Friday- The original plan was to have painters out to my place on Monday or Tuesday of the upcoming week. I have not heard back from the provider and am left in the circumstance of not being able to complete my project by the desired time. I had stopped getting estimates as we had already decided to use this company to provide the service. A week has been wasted and the project delayed and still nothing back from the provider. Very disappointing.

Estimate was prompt and fair. Williams had a good understanding of what needed to be done and clearly communicated this to me. He was honest in his assessment of what needed to be done and what did not. His crews arrived early and promptly each morning and made consistent progress and the same foreman was present each day. When weather delayed progress they made up the days by twice working on Saturdays. Crews were respectful of the house and the landscaping. Trash was picked up and bagged each night, supplies cleaned and materials and tools left neat and organized. There was as little disruption as possible. The quality was high (and yes, I am picky) and cedar stain is not the easiest medium to work with. Crew was responsive to my requests and instructions. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

William's crew did a fantastic job with all tasks. I was preparing my house for sale and really feel that William was a true partner with me in getting things ready. William was very responsive -- always available by phone. For non-urgent messages, he was available by email as well. His interior painters did especially well patching and repairing plaster in my 65 year old house. In the few cases where something needed to be redone or corrected (this is always going to happen on big jobs like this one), William always made sure that the correction was made to my satisfaction. Workers were polite and always cleaned up the job site. I was so satisfied with the house painting job that I hired William to paint most of my new condominium as well, and referred him to a coworker, who is already using him at her place. OVERALL VERY SATISFIED AND WOULD HIRE AGAIN!!!

There were several back and forth conversations before the actual workday. I purchased The BIG Deal $750 for 3 rooms and asked the owner if we could do a large kitchen and bathroom as the "3 rooms"; no issue there. I should have read the deal more carefully since I thought the trim and ceiling was included and it wasn't. We paid an extra $200 for the extra. Two men spent approx 9 hours and did a very good job! Very pleased and we'll use them again.

William Pozo was always available when we checked in with him prior to the job regarding colors of paint, etc. He and his crew arrived promptly when they said they would and painted 4 floors in 4 1/2 days. The painting looks wonderful --professional!

William's work was exceptional. His prices were reasonable and the work was done exactly when he said it would be done. (all told a week and his team worked on a Saturday). The prepped each area they were working in and cleaed up after the entire job was complete. I am very happy with the work.

Williams Painting did an amazing job painting our townhouse. The house is an older house and needed a lot of work to repair wall damage. They repaired all of the walls and did a great job painting in just one day.

We purchased a special on Angie's List for a new Ceramic Tile floor or Backsplash Installation. They installed a backsplash in our kitchen and did a fabulous job! The job was so nice that we had them come back to install a tile floor in our master bathroom. Both William and Jesus (the installer) were here and professional. They did a great job cleaning up after the installation. I would only suggest that you know exactly what you want (like how the tile is to be laid) and speak to the owner and installer prior to installing. I would recommend Williams Painting and Remodeling for tile installation.

William and his team did an exceptional job. Two snow events set back the schedule slightly, but they were quick to adjust their schedules to make sure the job got done. I was very impressed with the quality of the work...the walls were in pretty bad shape before (older home that really had not been painted for 20+ years) and now it looks brand new. I would definitely use again.

Did a very fine job. Arrived on time and worked until all tile was up. Returned the next working day (work took place on a Saturday/Monday) after mortar had set to grout tile field. Finished job very neat and clean with all tile joints even and spaced accurately. Work area left clean.
