I have to say, he's very responsible and reasonable and persistent in fulfilling our desires. So, good job.We found him on Angie's List, I think. I don't remember how much it cost, but it was more reasonable than other quotes. That wasn't why we hired him, just because of the estimate. We liked his persistence, he really wanted the job, and he listened carefully to our wants and needs. And, he made sure his men did it. We would hire him again. I would have given him an A, and I never told him this so I'm not sure that it's totally fair to put in a report, but there was some damage by a ladder to some plants in one of the bed. But you know, the thing is it was getting cold. The plants were settling down for the winter... Honestly, we didn't discover the considerable damage to the one bed... It was so cold by the time the guys finished... If we had gone out and examined everything very carefully, we would have mentioned it to him. He seems like such a responsible person, he would have probably taken a little bit off the price or replaced the plants or something. But, it was just nasty cold by then and we didn't mention it to him. Actually, I gave him the A. They're a good Angie's List member.

I first hired William to re-tile my bathroom floor which then led into replacing my sink, two toilets, towel bar and toilet paper holder. My bathroom looks terrific! After that I decided to have crown molding installed in my two-story foyer which has an incredibly high ceiling. His men did this immediately and painted with perfection. William's crew then went on to power wash and replace many boards on my 2 level deck and then stained it. I highly recommend William and his crew for any type of interior - exterior work. They are professional ,punctual and also careful to clean up when they leave.

William and his crew did a great job remodeling both bathrooms. They listened and made sure our needs were met to our satisfaction.

They were prompt, efficient and their work was nothing short of excellent. From wall preparation to painting through the cleaning, they far exceeded my expectations, I would enthusiastically use them again.

I ended up putting up and taking down a couple walls in the middle of the project and his crew was able to assist me with finishing them. William and his crew were friendly, honest, caring and exceeded my expectations. They made my old townhome look brand new. I had my kitchen, living room, and dining room painted. In addition they replaced interior front door trim, and they fixed and painted and exterior large box bay window. I will use William's service again to take care of a family members home. Simply put, i was pleased with the professional services they provided.

Interior kitchen-sunroom looks great and the ceiling and trim were well covered and cracks repaired. The outside also looks excellent. The wood repairs were done very well and every inch that needed painting was covered. I asked for oil-based paint for the metal lintels for the windows. They spent 3 full days on the work using experienced crew members for the highest ladder work and ceiling repair. Very friendly and hard working crew and the team lead, Eric, spoke with me in English and ensured the entire project was completed to my satisfaction. I worked from home and was able to ask questions and for more rotten wood to be replaced. Everything was in writing on the proposal and I added things as we found them. William Pozo is a friendly, fair, and honest small business owner and I would highly recommend him.

Great job renovating an ugly laundry room into a very nice one. Beautiful job painting laundry room and Bathroom vanities. Some troubles with communications but ultimately resolved to satisfaction.

Excellent job and great value. William's crew was very professional and did a great job remodeling my two bathrooms. So glad we found a trusted contractor who understands our needs, provides savings whenever possible, and deliver a great job.

I consulted Angie's List and some friends and got quotes from 6 different contractors. William's bid was not the absolute lowest, but it was near the bottom and also the most comprehensive and he had the manpower to commit to such a large job so that it wouldn't take multiple weeks to complete. He was also the one who was most readily available to answer questions and got back to me quickly when I asked for proof of business license and insurance. Our project took 8 working days and he sent a crew of 6 at the beginning for wall prep and again in the middle of it to knock out the big 2-story areas. Some days we had 3-4 men, others 2-3. We supplied the paint, but when we needed a bit more, William bought it and only charged us the actual cost of the paints (with receipts! Yay for no mark up!). The crews did a wonderful job, especially with all our tricky trim and some tight corners. Of course, I did stay on top of things to make sure it was being done to my specifications, and they were really wonderful about doing any touch ups or small changes I felt needed to be done - like I said we have some crazy molding and wall angles! I do have to give a major round of applause and thanks to Edgar, who was the point man and translator to the rest of the crew. He was very conscientious about doing the job well and paying attention to detail. He and his partner Pancho worked really hard finishing up the job and Edgar did a fabulous job with the last of the touch ups and details and especially of cleaning up. With a job this large and as many people as they had coming in and out to accomplish it, there were a few spatters here and there and Edgar was very careful to get them all taken care of, so our new wood floors were safe! William Pozo, the owner, was very responsive and answered all my questions and checked up in person or by phone with the crew quite often. He was really easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to call them in for other projects! I will post some photos once we have all our decorative items back in place and have a good, sunny day to showcase what a wonderful job they did.

William and his crew did an awesome job painting almost every room in our new house in just a few days. His price was less expensive than the other quotes I received. He took care of getting the paint. All I had to do was give him my list of colors. I will definitely be using him in the future for other jobs since he does more than just painting.

We are very happy with the results. We had to find a replacement door when one of the doors we purchased in advance didn't work but William's team was quick to solve the problem and find a suitable door locally, though it was difficult to find one that matched the specifications. We love how the new garage looks good and is well organized with the new shelving and track system installed. We will definitely use Williams Painting and Remodeling again.

William was very responsive and provided fair estimates for all rooms. He started and finished the work in the timeframe he estimated. His team finished the work well, patching walls and trim where needed. The only small issue is that some paint was dripped on the hardwood floors. We contacted William and he got back to us during his vacation and said he will come and clean it when he is back, which we appreciated.

I have used them so many times. They are the best company we have ever used for home remodeling. When they leave your property is spotless.

I did not know about this service other than the positive reviews on Angie's list. I had 3 different estimates and their price was very fair so I took a chance. The result was a flawless job in all rooms. They did my color choices on walls, ceilings, moldings and crown molding. I was so impressed at the speed and accuracy. Usually a job done in two days would be a sloppy job but this was truly a work of art. I am a person who is very anal in terms of the moldings and clean lines and they are truly very skilled. They also left no trace of a mess anywhere. So, overall, as a person knowing nothing about workers in this area, I was really, really happy. I would totally suggest to you to give William a call.

They did a great job. Carlos, the foreman, and Daniel, the painter, were prompt, polite and curteous, thorough, and efficient. I can recommend this company very highly.
