 + -1 moreOutstanding! All the crews (plasterers, painters, floor installer, plumber, tiler) were punctual, paid attention to details and worked diligently. Angel and Anthony, who did the demolition, electrical work, cabinet installation and finish work, were amazing! They are true artisans. We have used William exclusively to complete work for us for the past 4 years. This job had the most "moving parts" that needed to be coordinated. Almost no problems developed. We are already planning another bathroom remodel with William in the near future.
Description of Work: We needed our dated (1989) townhouse kitchen and powder room remodeled to bring them into the 21st century.

Description of Work: I used William’s Painting and Remodeling for professional paint services in August 2017 after conducting thorough market research and reading wonderful reviews. Mr. Pozo and his teammate did an excellent job! The experience and work completely matched the positive reviews. I purchased a 20th floor condo in need of a speedy paint job – ceiling to every single baseboard and piece of trim. William and his teammate knocked out the entire job in just 2 days – start to finish. He graciously accepted my multiple paint colors, finishes, and text communications for ad-hoc questions that came up. I managed to visit for a quick look close to the end, which William invited. It looked great! When the job was done and just a few minor things were missed (I’m picky), I reported it to William. He was quick to graciously provide someone at the earliest my schedule would permit. Greatness! After all the painting, I had the carpet replaced and the carpet installers managed to knock a hole in the beautifully painted wall. I shared this with William. Yet again he was more than accommodating to send someone out to fill in the hole and magically make the eyesore disappear for a very small fee. Then, I had tack and wrapped wires from Internet installation temporarily stapled into the wall causing paint damage on a number of walls. There was no question about who I’d contact – William’s Painting and Remodeling. I had scheduling issues, but he remained flexible and sent me one of his teammates again to bring my walls back to beauty! If you want speed, excellence, and the best customer service – go ahead and give William’s Painting and Remodeling a call, text, Angie’s website message. I know I’m considering a remodel and William’s Painting and Remodeling is at the top of my list based on this paint experience.

 + -1 morehe wrote down how much he would charge for what i wanted done. but when i called him and told him i only wanted a couple of things done on the list he said he would have to charge me more because i won't be getting everything done on the list. he told me when he would be able to do it. he told me what day would be good for him. i said ok when he didn't show up the time he made with me. i called him to ask if he was coming he said can i come another day. i told him i had change a doctors appointment for him. i hung up the phone. not good

We actually had them do the work while we were on vacation, and that worked out perfectly to not interfere with our lives. It took them three days and when we got home, everything was neatly cleaned up- you wouldn't have known they were there except the walls looked fantastic.
Description of Work: We wanted the main floor of our townhouse painted, including ceiling and trim and the doors on that level. Ended up being the foyer (high ceilings), living room, dining room, and kitchen.

 + 0 moreThe 2nd level bathroom had stucco that needed to be removed, as well as a leak that created a hole in the ceiling. The hole was cut out, as well as any other wet area. The ceiling was put back in perfect condition with drywall, primed the walls which took a day to dry. The next day the whole bathroom was painted. The stucco has to be completed removed because it can never be matched with the damage made to the ceiling. However, the end result was perfect and looked like a brand new bathroom. Thanks for your roofer who also did a fantastic job. Price will not be added to this job.

I must have spent several thousand dollars or more. I guess I've spent about $10,000 or more with them. I've had them out at least 3 or 4 times and I'm going to have them out again and do some staining for me.

His foreman was very attentive when William went to match paint colors for us. The foreman kept us posted on all they were working on and when additional people were joining the effort. The foreman and the team were excellent and we can't say enough about how professional and polite they were. We are sending praises their way. We are so happy we contracted them to do our exterior paining needs. So far going very well. A must hire, as they work in a timely fashion yet, deliver a quality paint job. And very affordable. Description of Work: We had two floors completely done with significant square footage. They did all the bathrooms and closets on two floors. And painted hallway on third floor as our house has an open floor plan. Painted spindles on rails of both stairways (front and back). Their work was very detailed and finished very professionally. We have a great room and foyer with super high ceilings, and it takes talent to paint not just the walls but the ceilings in this situation. You could tell they were very experienced and they did not waver. The corners in the tight half baths and closets/pantry were done so well. So pleased all around. We are so happy we contracted them to do our outside paining needs - dental modeling trip all around the house, painting trim all around the house, replacing rotting wood, painting columns in front stoop, and in two balconies in the back of the house. Also painting rod iron . So far going very well. Job will be finished in a week. Delayed with rain.
