We thought William's guys did a fantastic job. We had one delay in our start date, but other than that our work took 5 days and they did a super job. Came around 7:30 am every day. They prepped the areas well, protected furniture well, cleaned up well, and had good attention to detail. Impressive drywall repair, great painting, reasonable pricing. I think it's worth a note that the address and phone for William have changed from what Angie's list shows for Williams Painting & Remodeling. He sent us a detailed proposal after coming to estimate our job (we actually had several jobs-- adding crown molding throughout the main floor (looks amazing), fairly extensive drywall repair due to electrical work that left numerous trenches and holes, and and entire floor of wall & ceiling painting with a lot of trim, banisters, spindles plus 8 doors, a basement stairwell, and a two story stairwell including the top hall area and hall closet.

William was prompt from the beginning. I sent a message through Angie’s list on a Saturday night around 11 pm and he sent me a message back within minutes. He was able to come out on Monday evening for an estimate. His price was fair and he had great reviews so we felt comfortable having him and his team complete the work. They were able to start the same week as the estimate. His staff works well together and they did a fantastic job. (I am very particular about details.) They were clean (drop cloths, swept, took trash out, ect) It took them a little over 8 hours to complete the project. I would highly recommend William and his team for any interior paint jobs you may need. Five star service!

The work was exceptional and the price was very competitive. The entire house and garage were either brushed or rolled, not sprayed, ensuring proper coverage. They also expertly replaced damaged siding and flashing.

We began our search for someone to repair the damage a leaky toilet caused in one of our bathrooms and garage. We were initially assigned Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling, Manassas Virginia through our insurance company. It became clear that they were not interested in our customer satisfaction. They only wanted to collect the check from our insurance company. I came to Angie's List to look for a small business that was interested in doing the work. We contacted three companies and two stated they did not to repairs, they only did full remodeling jobs. Williams came to our home, gave us an estimate, and began their work within a week. They completed the same scope of work that Paul Davis was going to do, but the distinct difference was, we got exactly what we wanted. Paul Davis basically gave us a choice of paint color and nothing else. Williams installed the tile my wife purchased and advised her on ways to improve on what she asked for. Williams painters did a great job painting the entire inside of a rental property. They also did junk removal, pressure washing and took care of a lot of odds and ends that needed to be repaired before new tenants moved in, like: fixing doors, repairing screens, fixing gates, etc. They are my one stop handyman company for my rentals.

William and his team worked quickly to complete the work needed on my house. We needed a large amount of interior painting, exterior painting, fascia board replacement, an entire bumpout window wood trim replacement, and various other wood replacements around a house that was poorly maintained by previous owners. They were flexible with the weather and with the scope of work increasing as problems were found for the exterior job. They recommended an approach and a solution, with acceptable price point, and the services were performed within 2 weeks of the initial quote. The cleanup of the exterior work was exceptional - not a single nail found in my yard! William and his team communicated with me very well. William, himself, responded to emails within 24 hours and sometimes would get back to me within minutes if it was the right time. William and his team also did the interior painting in our home and it looks great! I would 100% hire William and his team again as the quality of the work is good and the price is incredibly reasonable for the area.

Very nice work! William responded quickly when I had an issue that needed fix due to HOA letter after some storm damage after I couldn't get other contractors to come out due to the size of the job. I was impressed that Williams team was prepared to do their work professionally for each task we had. We were very pleased with the results. The exterior of the house is so clean!

William and his employees were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. I had three rooms (kitchen, living room, & dining room), two hallways, and a half-bath painted. They also power-washed the exterior and painted the trim, as well as power washed my fence and stained that too. (I own an end-unit townhome.) The work was done within the estimated time frame and the men cleaned up after each day. I am already considering hiring them again in the fall for some follow on remodeling work I need done.

They were one time and work was done top quality. All his team were friendly and very professional. Originally I was going to do just a few areas, but end up getting all the areas done.

Excellent work. William Pozo has build a team that works together seamlessly. They accomplished an extensive job despite weather that refused to cooperate. From rotten wood and painting to power washing and deck refinishing - we were more than satisfied. If you have a difficult job, requiring painting and/or carpentry, call William.

It was a great experience. The bidding process was easy and it was a good price. I was kept in the loop of when folks would arrive. All questions were answered. I chose to provide my own paint. The crew was great. Very respectful of my house. They were very clean. The job was scheduled to take three days, but they were done in two. The job was great. They did two full coats and any touch up. Honestly I only found one small spot to bring to their attention. They were very efficient.

It was a project that was a bit bigger than we had thought it would be. William and his crew made it as painless as possible for us. They were efficient, professional, and meticulous with their work. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

William is very pleasant and responsive to calls and texts. Both crews showed up promptly and got started right away. They moved all the furniture and boxes carefully. They did a very nice job of wall and ceiling preparation and painting, including the metal railings. The floors and stairs ended up just as we'd hoped, as well as the opening between the kitchen and dining room. It is a really nice upgrade to the house, and I am grateful for William's coordination of the workmen.

Excellently. I can't say enough good things. William's provided a detailed proposal, the painters who did the work were courteous, professional, and very, very neat. The rooms of my 45 year old house that were painted and repaired look brand new. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will use them again when I need a painter.

This is the best painting company I have ever used. This is the 5th or 6th time I've used them in the last couple of years. Once again they exceeded my expectations. They did exactly what they said in the time frame they said and the results are perfect. A great home service experience.

Outstanding work by William's team. I have used his services now twice and would call again for my next house project. Each project his team has done I have added requirements and they have meet and exceeded my expectations.

I was more than pleased with the work! I was particularly pleased with the attention to detail. The workmen arrived punctually and set to work in an efficient manner. Because of the hardwood floors and painting, I needed to move out of my condo for a number of days but it was worth it to come back to a freshly painted and updated condo! William was responsive when I asked him to redo some work--I picked out the wrong color of paint for my bedroom--and added new work.

From the very first call, William was always responsive, showed up exactly when promised to survey the property and provide a detailed estimate, responded to all questions, and then showed up when promised and did an outstanding job with exactly the right size crew for the job. They left the place looking like a showroom.

Williams painting was prompt when scheduling the estimate and the job. They were neat, thorough, and contacted me immediately when they needed to purchase more paint than originally estimated. I highly recommend them!

Overall, not a bad experience but we'll likely choose another provider for any future painting needs. The crew was timely, polite, efficient (completed all 3x rooms in 1x day) & very neat (no spills, used drop cloths/plastic, cleaned up after themselves, etc.). However, we were somewhat disappointed with a few things to include price point for the scope of work and attention to detail. An overview of the Angie's List deal: $750 to re-paint 3x rooms (walls only) up to 13'x13' with minor drywall touch-ups; customer supplies the paint, vendor provides all other materials. We requested the crew also "re-paint the ceilings and trim in each room"; the provider agreed to the request for an additional $240. We incorrectly assumed the additional fee would cover both the interior door casings and interior door surface for each room. On the day of the service, the crew informed us that the additional $240 fee did not cover the doors/casings but they would be happy to include doors/casings - for another $400. Our mistake here, we should have been explicit with the scheduler when we initially negotiated for the ceilings and trim. I will say, $400 to cover 1x side of 3x doors and their casings (inside the room only) seems a little steep. Again, we accept the responsibility here for operating off assumption rather than clarifying the details up front with the scheduler. In terms of attention to detail, the crew missed a few spots to include: a couple segments of baseboard, the entire attic access panel and associated trim surrounding the panel as well an area along a window apron where it looks like the crew painted over tape covering about a 12"-18" section of the apron. Unfortunately we didn't catch the discrepancies before the crew left so we'll re-tackle the missed areas when we re-paint the doors and trim. Of note, all of these issues were isolated to 1x room; the other two rooms came out nicely. So all told, they did an OK job but we'll likely either find another painter or do it ourselves in the future.
