On Friday Sep 13 after an initial phone call I followed up with a text describing my project. I sent pics as agreed to on the call. He confirmed receipt on 9/14 and on 9/15 he asked for my address. I never heard from him again.

They were very efficient and did a spectacular job. The painters pointed out that the paint I had requested wasn't quite the correct match. They went back and got the right color. I was so pleased with this extra effort to make sure I would be happy with the work. Price was exactly what they quoted me even though they had to make an extra trip to the paint store. This is the second time I've used them. I will use them again!

Workers were professional and went above and beyond. William even came out on the weekend, next day after contact to provide a job estimate. His pricing was fair and reasonable, the work quality on both projects was exceptional.

I hired William to paint the entire interior (walls, ceilings, trim), power wash and paint the exterior trim, dry wall repair, and some other small repairs. I could not be more pleased with the work William and his team performed for me. I think this was the easiest home improvement project I’ve ever had done. William and his crew are all pleasant, patient, responsive, flexible, and professional. I work from home and have a crazy little dog who gets into everything and they worked around both of us effortlessly. The painting looks great - my house is transformed. They paid attention to all the little details - the edges are perfect, there are no drips or paint spatters anywhere, no spots missed. They also worked non-stop and were able to finish in a week. This was such a positive experience, I’ve already referred William to two other people.

WILLIAMS crew showed up each morning promptly on or before time to start. They did an excellent job paint each room of the house and cleaning up as if they had never been in the room. I was especially impressed by how they put things back in the place that they found before starting to paint . These guys are the best of the best, truly professional!

We used Williams Painting and Remodeling (William Pozo) twice now for major interior and exterior painting.services at our home in Haymarket. The most recent service was in March 2019 were we had them paint our kitchen area, entire basement, stairwells, also all exterior wood trim, deck, and concrete foundation, several interior/exterior door and shutters, and garage interiors. Also had them clear and epoxy both garage floors. Williams also power washed our entire home. re-fastened shutters that blew off to house exterior, and replaced two cracked windows expertly. Would hire them again without hesitation for any painting and general handyman/remodeling project. Many of the same workers that performed services for us in 2012 were still with Williams in 2109 which indicates to me a good place to work.

By far the least expensive of the three quotes that I recieved, William was very quick to send me quotes/keep me up to date on the project. His guys worked quickly, did an excellent job and left the house clean. Would absolutely recommend them for your painting projects.

After arriving 40 mins. late for the appointment to provide an estimate, this guy rudely tells me that I am trying to get the job done cheaply, simply because I shared with him that he had provided a rate/cost that was 100% higher than other contractors. He abruptly stopped the estimate and walked off, mumbling under his breath. Extremely unprofessional. It's as though he thought that customers who conduct contractor comparisons were somehow out of line.

Very satisfied and am recommending William to friends. Workers are very skilled and meticulous. Work was performed quickly. William also arranged to have a front entry door and two sliding glass doors replaced. Was originally looking at having to use multiple companies to get the work done but William was able to meet all my needs at a price below the competition.

The team took a lot of time to prep the the ceilings and walls (I didn't even realize how many defects were in it) and the end result was amazing. They even touched up the trim even though it was in scope, but the team wanted to give me a finish product that I would be happy about. Well here I am writing a positive review and will be calling William's back for my next room.

They did an excellent job. The drywall repair and replacement was done in a very professional manner. The ceiling looked brand new. And, they made sure the area that needed work was surrounded by plastic sheets to avoid spreading the dust from the dry wall. Very professional. I would recommend this group to anyone.

His employees arrived on time, were professional and did a great job. There was a very minor problem of paint on a custom blind. However, William offered to replace it immediately. When you consider that they painted all three floors from top to bottom, we were happily surprised at the great job they did and the very reasonable costs. You will find that William is very responsive and great to work with on your project. He is going to install hardwood floors in our home at the beginning of the year.

He provided a timely and very reasonable estimate for the work that I wanted done. He assured me that his painters would take care to minimize drywall dust - and they did. William also helped me decide on the color and quality of paint based on my requirements. Edgar who supervised the crew of painters was very professional and diligent. They took care with my furniture, fixtures, etc. They arrived on time every morning. Edgar was also was very responsive in addressing my concerns while work was being done. A week or so after the work was completed I noticed some minor issues and William sent Edgar out to take care of them. When I am ready I will have them back to finish the the upstairs bedrooms and baths.

Exceptionally well. William's Painting and Remodeling provided outstanding and professional service when they painted our home. They always arrived on time, 0730am, and worked eight hours with only a 15 minute lunch break. Our home now looks like new and the paint job is the BEST. We have a three level townhome. William and his staff are very professional. They arrived on time every day and worked to the end of the day each day. The painters were very neat, moved and covered our furniture, repaired wall cracks and patched any and all holes. William stated the work would be done in one week and it was. Our home looks beautiful. I would highly recommend William's Painting to my family, friends and neighbors.

Williams came and assessed what we needed done. He was professional. They arrived promptly to do the work. 3 days they worked hard. Williams was pleasant to work with. He told me to check things out and whatever needed fixing to let the guys know. There were some minor things and the guys fixed it. The workers only really spoke Spanish, luckily I speak Spanish because otherwise my husband would not know how to communicate with them. I had to be there to tell them what to do. The one thing I am disappointed in, is we asked them to work on the floor repair. My hubby and I kind of went back and forth on whether we should fix it, but in the end we told William we will fix it. I did not hear from William and forgot to call him when I realized we needed it done. Then, I left William voicemails and email messages and nothing. I did get a hold of him once and he said he was going to communicate with whoever does it and get back to me, but nothing. We are in the process of selling our home so time is of the essence. I even told him to call me back if it can't be done. Nothing. I would have given better reviews if it weren't for this.

After 33 years in the same house we decided to start getting it ready to put on the market and decided to start with much needed painting inside and out. After reading reviews we invited William's Painting & Remodeling and a couple others to provide an estimate to paint all the interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, closets and windows and the exterior trim and windows. William provided a complete estimate that covered everything that we wanted done at a fair price. We informed William of our decision to award him the job and he told us his crew could get started as soon as we picked our colors. Easier said than done. I had no idea how many shades of gray there are. William made a couple of suggestions and we picked one. William's crew got started the next week. The crew arrived early Monday morning and got started right away. William had asked that we prepare by moving small objects and taking thing off the walls. They took care of moving and replacing furniture. They covered the furniture and protected the floors and prepared all of the surfaces. They started in and completed the entire master bedroom the first day and moved all of the furniture back in place in order cause minimal disruption. Then they systematically moved through the rest of the house. They finished the entire interior in five days. Then on Saturday the exterior crew came and prepped and painted the exterior trim and windows. The whole job was finished in six days. William's crews were courteous and professional at all times. And the quality of their work is outstanding. We have no complaints what so ever. We are pleased with the job that William and his crew did. Everything went smoothly. We would definitely hire William's Painting & Remodeling again if the need arises.
