Excellent. The project cost was completed under the original budget and on schedule.
Description of Work: Basement renovation including a bathroom and laundry room. Kenny and his crew did an excellent job. They were professional, responsive to my questions, and on time each day for the work. I will definitely use them again for future work.

Kenny gave us the lowest price when we looked for bids for the ceiling work to be done in our new home. He was very accurate about how much materials would cost in addition to giving us a very reasonable quote for labor. I felt that I could communicate with him whenever I needed to and he was always responsive. He made sure all work was done to our liking before receiving final payment. I'll likely hire him again for more work in the future.
Description of Work: Took down popcorn ceiling and replaced it with regular ceiling; demolished and painted closets to prep for custom closet design; touched up paint; took down tile ceiling, replaced with new framing and ceiling.
