 + -1 moreWe were given Wayne's (specializes in small home repairs) name from our Realtor who knew of his work on another home in our subdivision. He came out to look at items identified during the home inspection (we are selling our house). As most of the work was plumbing items he sent out his plumber, Adam, to do the work. Adam worked hard all day and charged us very little for a lot of work. The looked at the home inspection report and determined we did not have a leak in the first floor bathroom or in our main sewer line as reported. They determine the water was coming through the vent from the outside into the crawl space. This saved us tons of money in unnecessary major pipe replacement/repair.
Description of Work: Inspected items identified during home inspection. Explained what inspector found, determined the items were NOT leaks-saving us substantial money. Installed washing machine outlet box, hot and cold valves and 4 flood safe auto shut-off connectors. Also cut electrical line to outside post that needs to be replace, pulled wire through floor.
