Under no circumstances should you ever hire Watkins. Their service technician has not shown up for three appointments in a row, spanning 3 months. The technician showed up on May 29 to fix our refrigerator and did not come with the parts to fix it, even though he said he would in a prior call. It was supposed to take 3-5 days to get the parts in... and that was over 3 months ago. Today was the third appointment. The technician was supposed to arrive between 10 am and 1 pm. He called at 11:30 am to say he'd be here at 2 pm. I called the office at 4 pm and learned that he couldn't be here until 5 pm. Once again, he never showed. I've called to reschedule after each appointment he's missed and the woman who answers the phone has not once offered a solution other than giving me the technician's phone number so I could call him myself (he never answered). Unacceptable customer service. As I said, under no circumstances should you ever hire Watkins.
