I submitted an on-line request for quote after hours. By 10am the next morning, I received two estimates for different sized tanks. I called at 11:30 to discuss the estimates, and discuss scheduling. Curtis was able to install the water heater the same day at 3:30pm, and was 15-minutes early to the appointment. He and his helper were friendly, careful, and explained everything they were doing. Added on a couple of extras not included in the original estimate to bring the install up to code (older house), but I expected that and it was my choice to have them add the work. Very satisfied with the quality of workmanship.

After we began to get rust color in our hot water, I called a few of the top rated companies on Angie's List. We selected Water Heater Services based on their responsiveness (they were willing to come the next day) and the clear and convincing explanations provided by Curtis Witherspoon. Everything went like clockwork: timely arrival, quick and efficient work, careful explanation, agreed on pricing, and clean-up. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone needing hot water heater service. It's the only thing this company does and they do it well.

Curtis and his team were very professional, courteous, and responsive. They came out the same day and installed a new water heater for our home and did it with attention to detail and quality. Curtis was great at explaining what the job entailed and how the new water heater was configured. Great service. Will definitely be referring these folks to friends and family.

Great; had to bring new water up to 3td Floor and the old one down from the 3rd floor; was expecting scuffed walls; not a mark!!!!

I called Curtis late afternoon on a Tuesday and he was at my home installing the new unit on Wednesday. Very professional and knowledgeable, excellent experience.

They showed up on time as promised and I took notice of the quality and skill of the workmanship in every detail. He installed a State gas hot water heater and made all necessary code upgrades as required at a fair and reasonable price. I am very pleased with the professionalism and quality of service that he performed and would recommend him highly for future customers.

He showed up on time. Unfortunately he needed to order a part. Fortunately, he was able to make it function long enough for him to come back with the part. Would hire again.

After getting 2 other quotes from bigger guys, WHS had the best price and Curtis was very responsive and got the job done quickly.

Mr. Witherspoon researched to find a water heater that would meet my needs and fit in the rather small access point. His team disconnected and drained the old water heater and installed the new one. Other service providers had told me it was impossible to replace this water heater. They did an outstanding job in a much shorter time than I expected and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely pleased with both his outstanding commitment to customer service and the actual job performance.

I saw the company via Angles List. Curtis and his colleague were able to come over, explain all that needed to be done, hauled out old and installed new water heater and also thoroughly cleaned everywhere. Very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company. 5 Stars!!!

We did very well with them, we were pleased. I was pleased with their proposal and since we needed to have the water heater fixed now or yesterday, I didn't get any other bids. I am thinking from previous experiences that the price was no higher and no lower than others but, their service was excellent. Quality was very good.

Curtis Witherspoon was a delightful, knowledgeable, efficient professional right from my initial contact through the completion of the job. He made the entire process as painless as possible and did extra things that he saw needed to be done without charge. The water heater was installed the day after my initial contact with him. In addition, he used higher quality materials (couplings, etc) to ensure long-lasting performance. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend him and his company.

Having only been in our house 3 months, we went down to the basement to find it flooded and water pouring out of the upper side of our hot water heater at 11:30pm. First thing the next morning we called Curtis, who asked us to the describe the issue and diagnosed it as a ruptured tank. He was very patient in answering all our questions about options for how to proceed, and then dispatched a technician to install a new water heater within 2 hours. The technician, Mike, was very helpful in describing the actions he was taking and confirming the ruptured tank. He completed the job very quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess. We are so happy we found Water Heater Services on Angie's List so that we could be confident we had professionals who solely work on water heaters to help us resolve the issue, who also happened to be very reasonably priced.

I called them on Sunday in a panic when my water heater broke. Not only were they $1000 cheaper than the nearest competitor (I called three companies), they came out first thing Monday morning in a snow storm and installed the water heater because they wanted to make sure we had hot water during the storm. Very professional, very courteous. Highly recommended.

I called Curtis upon recommendation of my plumber. We had an emergency water heater rupture in our rental condo that also flooded 2 units below us. He came out immediately to assess the size and order a unit for us, and then came back a few hours later to remove old unit and install new one. The condo insurance company has asked for extra documentation about the cause of the flood and he provided it to them immediately when asked. His professionalism and efficiency were wonderful and much appreciated by this stress-out homeowner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and I plan to use him in the future when our home unit needs replacing.

Curtis was fantastic! It is a pleasure to work with a contractor who truly knows his trade and its industry. We were deciding between three different formats of hot water heaters, and Curtis provided us with information, including whether or not we would recover extra costs through energy savings, to enable us to make an informed decision. The price is higher than at a big box store, but you get what you pay for. We are confident about safety of installation and compliance to code. Highly recommend.

Curtis answered my call immediately, then answered all of my questions with regard to the make and models available, quoted me a price that was very reasonable, came the same day and had the new gas hot water heater with power vent installed in no time. From my first contact to my last I was very comfortable and pleased with this company. Curtis returned my message later the first day of contact and gave me immediate pricing which was very competitive. Further, his knowledge of the different brands and options of water heaters was impressive. He was not pushy in the least, I felt very comfortable choosing them over the many others that I got estimates from. Curtis arrived the next morning with one assistant, both were friendly and courteous. They went to our basement and assessed the situation. Before I knew it, the new water heater was installed and old one was gone. They left no trace of mess, no sign that they had even been there. I would highly recommend considering Water Heater Services LLC if you are facing a leaking water heater or cold showers. Do consider if you want a drain pan to ask ahead of time. Curtis didn't try to push anything extra on me, though in hindsight I wished he had asked me about a drain pan. I'll also say that two other plumbers had come out to give estimates and claimed that my water pressure relief valve was not working and needed to be replaced to the tune of $500 extra. Curtis checked my pressure and said that it was just fine and that no replacement was necessary. Honest and trustworthy!
