Ryan did a great job! Our new home had two gas fireplaces, and we had never dealt with a gas fireplace before. Although the Angie's List deal was for only one fireplace, Wammoth gave me the deal price for the second fireplace as well. The Home Inspector had recommended that we get inspections and service before operating. Ryan took the time to explain what he was doing and tell me about the fireplaces (same models) and make sure that I was comfortable with everything I needed to know to operate them safely. He also provided me with access to the on-line manual and explained how high the mantle would need to be when I told him I was thinking about installing one. He was very thorough, helpful and informative. I will definitely hire Wammoth again.

I was long, long overdue to get maintenance done on my home's gas fireplace, which hadn't been looked at by anyone since it was installed in 2001. I utilized an Angie's List "Real Deal" to bring in Wammoth to do a full checkup, tuneup, and maintenance. They did an excellent and extremely thorough job, and I was amazed at how great the fireplace looked and was operating after they were finished. Although this was not the cheapest gas fireplace maintenance offered as a Deal, it was definitely among the most comprehensive and inclusive ones offered -- not to mention the high ratings the company has received from other consumers. I'd highly recommend this service.

The technician got grease all over my wall from his hands. He fixed the problem, the fireplace wouldn't always come on and off. That's what I called him for, he was just sloppy. He fixed the problem so it was good. I recommend that he be mindful of greasy hands and boots, be a little cleaner.

The replacement part was more expensive than I would have imagined for the part and the labor, but I felt confident that the gentleman who came in was doing a great job. He explained everything and kept the area clean. My fireplace works great and I would contact Wamouth again for any fire place services. They really understand all of the mechanics -- they are experts at this.

Wammoth was great- the technician was on time (early in fact- he called to see if it was ok for him to come early as he had finished his earlier service appointment ahead of schedule). He was polite and courteous, took the time to explain what he was going to do with the system and was very neat, making sure that none of the ash/embers/lava rocks got anywhere. After everything was checked and cleaned, he reviewed some operating tips and procedures that the original installation company (not Wammoth) had ever told us as well as some safety precautions and tips to ensure the fireplace operated well. We'll be using Wammoth for any of our gas fireplace needs going forward.

I just cannot say enough great things about Wammoth Services. First, they were very prompt for the initial response (even contacted me for a sooner appointment when they had a cancellation). Bill came out and cleaned my gas fireplace - the most thorough cleaning it had ever had- checked for gas leaks inside and out and remedied and ongoing issue I had been having. This is the long-story-short version, here. He ordered a needed part and I was scheduled right away for repair. Bill is absolutely amazing! He is so knowledgeable about his work and talked me "off the ledge" several times as I have a great respect (read: fear!) of gas and how it all functions. Will be calling again for next cleaning. Thank you Bill & Stacy for being so nice, helpful, knowledgeable and showing that you actually care about your customers!

Wonderful service. Bill was great. He found a gas leak, totally serviced the system and it works perfectly. After 15 years the fireplace needed a big overhaul. Great job.
