I called Stacy to set up and appointment for a tune up and cleaning as the fireplace was intermittent to get started. The appointment was three weeks later. Bill came on time as scheduled and done a very throughow cleaning and tune up. Come to find out the pilot assembly was not working correctly and needed replaced as the old one burned out. Once the part came in, Stacy set up another appointment for the installation. Bill was not avail so they sent his assistant. Got the pilot assembly in which took some time getting out the old one out. The only thing left was the vent restrictors that needed installed. Another appointment was needed for the vent restrictors installation. Bill made a special trip for the install and never charged me for it. The only reason I did not give an (A) for price, I thought it was a little on the high side. But I'm completely satisfied and when I'm ready for any future work, I'll call Mammoth!

Never had fireplace serviced since we purchased the house. We rarely used the fireplace as there were no manuals and possessed limited knowledge of its use. Had no knowledge of past potential problems so felt it was a good time to have it checked out. Ryan came out, was very thorough in cleaning and testing every aspect of the unit. Took plenty of time to explain the type of fireplace and its operations. I have a complete understanding of the type of problems that could experienced and symptoms to ensure efficient use. This is a family owned business that understands the value of good customer service. Great value for the very detailed service was provided. I now have the comfort to use the fireplace moving forward. I will be adding this service to be performed annually as normal maintenance in advance of the winter to ensure the fireplace is running at the optimal effectiveness and efficiency while allow us to enjoy its use during the season.

Bill Watson, the company owner, not only diagnosed the initial problem we had that was caused by a improper repair by another company, but he spotted a crack in our burner (which the other company had missed) which was leaking gas and could have led to a catastrophic explosion. Bill literally saved me and my family. He calmly and thoroughly explained everything that he was doing and everthing that needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I have learned the hard way that when it comes to a complex gas system like a fireplace, to only go with the best company that specialized in this area. That's Wammoth Services.

Great - it took a while to get scheduled - but everything went perfectly - the control box was not, in fact, a problem. Was shown a cheap way to fix the problem if it occurs again. Everything was left clean and beautiful. They know what they are doing and are not in it to upsell.

We have a gas fireplace that was last serviced 14 months ago by another company. When it was time for another cleaning, based on both dust build-up and the fact the set's pilot would not stay lit anymore, we researched this company here on Angie's List and gave them a shot. Fantastic work. The technician, who is also an owner, fixed and cleaned our log set within 30 minutes or so. Very professional, neat, and went through everything at the end. Definitely recommended.

Service was stellar! Ryan was very professional and courteous during the visit. He answered a lot of my questions while he was working and definitely left the fireplace looking nicer than it did before. Peace of mind that it's in good shape is also priceless - especially in this cold. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

I needed to have someone clean and inspect my fireplace. I found Wammoth Services through Angie's List and was impressed by their positive reviews. I could not have been more pleased with this company. From scheduling the appointment to the actual work performed, they are top notch! Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. They did a great job servicing my fireplace. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

It was good. Seemed like a decent cleaning and full inspection. Took time to answer all questions. Despite prices seeming to be a bit high, I would use again for the friendliness and good customer service. In the winter, it may take 2-4 weeks before they can get to you so schedule ahead.

Replaced the fireplace glass and seal with an overhaul of the gas insert. Looks fabulous and no leaks. Excellent folks to work with and very responsive to our request.

Ryan called before he came out and gave me an ETA, and was right on time. He asked some questions about the service, told me what he was going to do, and proceeded to execute the task at hand. He identified an issue with the pilot tube, for which I am waiting for an estimate. He was extremely professional and understood my concerns and had my best interests. Will provide more updates when he returns to finish the job.

It took them three tries to figure out what was wrong. Each time ordering parts and repairing something different. Once they sent an experienced technician it was fixed and prior repairs paid for were refunded. That made me happy.

The technician arrived promptly (after calling to let me know he was on the way). The service was very professional and thorough, more so than any servicing I have had previously for this fireplace. I didn't have a specific company to call each year for this service but I do now. I will call Wammoth for any issues I may have going forward.
