I claimed an Angie’s List special. Within hours, I received an email offering a suggested time and date. I accepted by return email. The appointment was several weeks out. I received periodic notices by email reminding me of the appointment and providing relevant information. Bill Wammoth notified me prior to the appointment time that he was ready to head over to my location. He showed up on time, was very professional, amiable and seemed competent to a lay person. He found an issue requiring repair, offered a reasonable cost to repair; and, promptly performed that service after I authorized it. My wife and I were very pleased with this experience.

They were fabulous! Very professional, thorough and efficient. Great communication from the company leading up to the appt. The only thing was the long wait for the appt but I guess that’s what happens when you are a great company! Highly recommend.

Ryan came out from Wammoth Services and did an outstanding Job. He called 30 minutes before arrival. Wammoth also confirmed appointment by email and called the day before the appointment. Ryan tuned up our fireplace, checked for gas leaks and oxygen levels. He explained what he did in detail. He rolled up his tarp and vacuumed before leaving. I will sign up for another tune up next August. Fireplace is working fine. Top notch firm.

Very well. They cleaned my fireplace and replaced the control unit

It went very well. The technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all of my questions and then proceeded to conduct a thorough cleaning of my fireplaces. Both were working and needed no repairs but had not been cleaned recently. I prefer to do preventive maintenance over constantly repairing in a crisis. I will definitely have Wammoth Services come out again and service my fireplaces.

Fireplace and gas logs extremely well cleaned and serviced by owner

I highly recommend Wammoth. The technician spent close to 1 3/4 hours doing a thorough cleaning/check up of the unit. I recently bought the condo and there was no owner's manual. So, the technician took the time to explain various things to me about the unit and how to operate it/what to look for to ensure it's working properly. He took everything out (fake logs/pebbles) to clean and put back in a way that better allows flames to circulate and for it to operate more efficiently. Not sure if/when the unit was ever cleaned so pleased that he took time to make sure everything was clean and in good working order. Stacy made it easy to communicate to set up appointment, and when technician unexpectedly got sick, to reschedule as quickly as possible with a date/time frame to suit me. And technician good about calling that he was on his way (day of unexpected snow storm so he let me know that it was taking longer to drive). They may be on the more expensive side, but I felt I got my money's worth. (Cleaning of one pane of glass is included in the service price; each additional pane costs $10. Worth the extra amount to let the technician clean all the panes.)

Good. Gas fireplace used to go out after a few minutes. Wammoth was able to come out at an earlier date because we wanted it fixed before Thanksgiving. Stacey the owner was kind and thoughtful in going the extra mile by helping us set up an earlier appointment. Ryan the technician was friendly and professional and he got the fireplace fixed and gong in no time. A friendly, competent family business. Would definitely use them again.

Easy, fast, made fireplace logs look great, flames best we have seen and got gas flowing again.

Easy to schedule, very prompt, was very careful of the floors without being asked. Did an excellent job on the fireplaces, got all wall switches and remotes working properly, cleaned everything and even rearranged the logs the way they were meant to be installed, leaving them looking far more realistic than my builder. They honored a fireplace service price for each fireplace, which was a significant savings.

Amazing company! Knowledgeable, friendly and professional!

Wanted to get my fireplace cleaned and inspected since nothing had ever been done to the fireplace to my knowledge. Wammoth was prompt to respond to my request and gave me a 2 hour window and actually showed up at the beginning of that 2 hour window. Technician Ryan was very knowledgeable and showed me several things about my fireplace that I had no idea about. Very courteous, very professional, and my fireplace looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Wammoth.

Wammoth is my go-to company for my fireplace. I have had them come out once a year for several years now. They always show up on time, explain what they're going to do, answer questions, perform the service, and leave the work area spotless when the project is complete.
