Bill was on time. He cleaned and inspected the gas fireplace. He pointed out potential problems and made suggestions. He was thorough, explained what he was doing and why. Fireplace looks like new. I would certainly recommend Wammoth Services.

I purchased an "Angie's List Big Deal" from provider for gas fireplace service. The company provided confirmation of purchase and arrival time. The provider arrived promptly and inspected fireplace for proper operation and performed a complete cleaning of the unit. The overall process took about an hour and I was impressed with it's thoroughness. The owner/operator, Bill, was very professional and took the time to go over his written report item by item. I would utilize this company again.

I was very happy with the overall experience starting with the call to make the appointment; very friendly, polite and courteous. I gave the model name/# of the gas fireplace while making the appointment and when Bill arrived, he was knowledgeable about the unit and careful while working. A thorough cleaning and safety inspection was performed. We had our unit installed by a different company 3 years ago. When assembling the logs, they had chipped them in several places and misplaced them. Bill made sure the logs were fitting exactly where they should be and used a special touch up paint provided with our unit to cover the chipped logs. I will definitely use Wammoth Services again and would not hesitate to recommend them as I felt I could trust what he told me about the unit, his work was thorough/meticulous and the service fee is very reasonable. ,

I wax extremely pleased. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained all the maintenance services performed. The best part was the price. I had paid about $100 more the previous year with a different vendor. Very nice and decent person. I would highly recommend him to fellow Angie's list members.

It went well. The only complaint I could have is the length of time between ordering the glass and its arrival. I had no gas fireplace for about three weeks waiting for the part and then installation.

A very good experience from the moment we contacted the provider for an appointment until the service was completed. Receiving an appointment was prompt. An email reminder was received in advance of the appointment. The provider arrived on time. The service was done professionally and satisfactorily. What more could you ask for! I'd recommend them to others and will use them again for my upstairs fireplace this fall.

Our gas fireplace insert which we use all winter long went out and I could not get it to re-light, even though the pilot light was on. I was afraid something had broken and we would be in for an expensive repair. After calling several other companies and getting either no answer or a tech who would be able to come out and look at in in a few weeks, Wammoth said they would be able to come out the next day. The tech arrived on time and within about two minutes showed us a switch that needed to be in the "on" position. That fixed our problem. He then spend about 1.5 hours cleaning and servicing the insert. It works great and looks even better. I highly recommend Wammoth for their service and professionalism.

He was very professional and conscientious. The builder didn't put the correct log in and he showed us what we needed and where it was supposed to go.

Great service. Technician (who was also the company owner!) arrived well within the stated arrival window and was courteous and very professional. Explained everything he was doing so that we were aware of what was being done to the fireplace. Although we only initially reached out to them to provide maintenance and cleaning of our fireplace (which we hadn't serviced in 14 years!), we also asked them to install a blower fan which he did. Turns out, he discovered that we had a gas leak so thank goodness, he was there to diagnose the problem. We're waiting on a replacement part and hope to have the fireplace up and running in no time. I already recommended them to a neighbor and will absolutely call them annually for maintenance. They exemplify what good customer service is all about. Job well done!
