Mammoth came out within a week of buying the special deal. The employee was on-time, friendly and professional. He inspected and cleaned the glass of our gas fireplace. There was no up-sell for anything as our fireplace was working well. I would absolutely call this company if we were to have a problem in the future.

Arrived on time, was pleasant, went straight to work on my four fireplaces that were in very poor condition. He worked meticulously on each one. Made them all work and look like new. And then gave me a very detailed run-down on what he did for each one and what recommendations he would make for future maintenance. I could not have asked for more or better. Will definitely use them again.

Wammoth Services, Bill and Stacy are phenomenal. Bill is skilled in his profession, and both he and Stacy's customer service attributes are second to none. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of fireplace services. I purchased a fireplace cleaning and inspection and told them up front that the fireplace was not operational at this time. Bill was able to fit his schedule to mine and did a masterful job in cleaning and assessing what the problem was. While he couldn't fix the problem during the initial visit (due to the age and manufacturer of the fireplace) ... both he and Stacy went out of their way to run down a solution to correct the problem. They maintained great communications with me, kept me appraised of their status, and most recently found the pieces necessary to make the repairs. The parts are on order and the follow up service will be scheduled in a few weeks.

Bill was extremely professional. He clearly knows his profession. There was loose wires he corrected, the remote control box was wired backwards, he corrected that. Cleaned up after himself, truly a great job!

Bill did a great job. He was extremely thorough. He vacuumed all parts of the fireplace, cleaned the logs and embers as well as the glass. In addition he ensured there were no leaks and that the system was operating correctly. He pointed out that we didn't have a screen over the glass. He informed us that code changed in 2015 and it is now required. He told us we didn't have to have it because the unit was installed prior to 2015. Bill pointed out that the glass gets as hot as the interior firebox. With a screen, it gets hot but not to the degree the glass does. Since we have a grandchild I requested a price for the screen. Bill stated he didn't carry it but would get a price and e-mail it to me. Overall he was extremely competent and professional. He answered all questions and went over his findings which were detailed on his summary sheet. I highly recommend this vendor.

Bill is very professional. He not only took the time to place tarps on my rugs to make sure they stayed cleaned, he also educated me in certain items that may need checked next year during a cleaning. He could have easily tried to talk me into these fixes but he showed me that next year it is a possibility that it will need replacing. He even gave me an estimate on the cost. I highly recommend Bill & his company. He is a true professional & my two small Yorkies didn't bother him at all...a true dog lover.

Wammoth was spectacular. The company's owner/main technician showed up at our appointment time on the dot. He was polite and professional, and appeared knowledgeable about his field. He diagnosed two issues my fireplace was having, gave me a general estimate for what it would cost to fix the first (but didn't try to sell me on it - he told me honestly that it wasn't a problem as long as I was willing to continue using a lighter to start my pilot), and fixed the actual problem by checking for loose connections and tightening the one he found. Would use him again in a heartbeat!

The contractor was excellent. He was honest and fair and very helpful. The glass in the fireplace was difficult to remove/access and the contractor was meticulous and careful and was able to figure a way to get inside. He was very flexible and worked within our schedule.
