Friendly, courteous service. Spent time making sure the flame level was a it should be.

Everything went very well. I purchased a deal on Angie's List and was contacted right away via email to set up the appointment. The technician, Ryan, showed up as scheduled. He cleaned and inspected the logs, checked CO levels, etc. Ryan arranged the logs correctly so the CO detector doesn't go off anymore which is great! After some discussion, I decided to have him install a remote control unit which makes turning the unit on and off extremely easy. I highly recommend Wammoth Services.

The service rep was unable to perform the service; therefore, I expect a refund for this service order. The rep did not have special tools necessary to remove screws that held the glass panel in place.

Fantastic experience! From scheduling with Stacy to technician Ryan, customer service was amazing, and way above my expectations for what I've come to expect in this location! Stacy went that extra mile to work with my schedule. I was given a time window between 9am-11am. Ryan was great with communication, letting me know when he was on his way and how far out he was. He got to my house around 9:30am, and showed me what he'd be doing. 30 mins later, he was done, and fireplace was roaring again! He also answered any questions I had, and showed me a few things I should be aware of for the future. Overall, was very happy, and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic company! The pilot light on our gas fireplace was running high so we called Wammoth to schedule an appointment. We had Wammoth come out and do a full cleaning of our double-sided fireplace. Ryan called before he arrived at the beginning of the arrival window and he was extremely professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. He spent an hour cleaning the entire fireplace and then explained to me everything that was done as well as taught me how to light the pilot light. From the first super friendly interaction with Stacy on the phone to schedule our appointment to the wonderful work done by Ryan, we were super impressed! Our fireplace looks brand new and we will absolutely be contacting Wammoth again in the future! Highly recommend!

Mammoth arrived on time, the gentleman who completed the inspection was helpful and informative, he answered all of my questions and I appreciated his advice. Scheduling the appointment was easy, the woman at the office communicated via email and was very responsive. Overall I was very pleased with the services provided and would definitely recommend and use Mammoth again.

Excellent. Both fireplaces performed like new when finished. They did a great job and were thorough!

Bill did an excellent job, and my fireplace is practically back to the way it was when it was first installed. Very pleased with his work!

Repair was made and determined no new burner was not needed at this time.

Great, replaced the rock, vacuumed the entire inside, checked for gas leaks and found a leak at the Dante valve which we will need them to come back an fix. They turned off the gas access from the basement before leaving. Very pleased

Great. ODS was plugged up, the cleaning took care of that. Logs looked and worked like new after service. Very clean work. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

I contacted them in October to complete the work before Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving came and went without them coming by, which irritated me. When I called them they said they had no record of my call. They stated they saw my email but said I never confirmed the time. They initially said the next time they could stop out was 12/27/16, which I felt was unacceptable because I wanted it done before Christmas. They later called back and were able to schedule a 12/21/16 service date. I guess everyone makes mistakes and I appreciate them trying to work with me.

They came when they said they would, did a through job, and finished without delay. Tech was affable and answered questions readily. Fireplace works better than ever. I will use them again and recommend them to others

Excellent. Technician professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed problem, then showed me how to trouble shoot and ended with saying we stand behind our work so if anything is wrong,m call us and we will be back right away. Will recommend to others and use again when needed.

Very fine! Everything was great, top of the line. They even came out a second time, because some other issue occurred right after they left and they came back to fix it. Very timely and everything. I thought the prize was fairly reasonable based on a comparable company.
