Description of Work: Wonderful home inspector! Scott performed a pre-drywall inspection for my client buying a new home in Haymarket. He came back again before closing to perform a final walk-through. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and very likable, therefore, very good with both clients and Realtors. I will continue to use him for my clients every chance I can!

Description of Work: We requested an inspection of our home by a home construction expert to ascertain its material condition after living in it for 24 years, and to determine what repair efforts might be needed to enhance its safety and livability. Mr. DelMonte more than fulfilled our wishes. He was punctual, cleanly attired, businesslike, personable, and extremely learned and thorough. Should we wish to purchase or sell a house in the future, we will certainly call on Scott DelMonte again.
