+ -1 moreI had a PC stolen and when recovered I needed the data restored and any spying devices documented and removed. TSI was prompt, honest ethical, extremely professional and very knowledgeable; offering solutions I was unaware even existed. They focused on the privacy of my data which was my major concern. The issue was sensitive which could have possibly required testimony in court, which TSI was willing to do on my behalf if necessary, which was above and beyond their scope of service offerings. Yes I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a technology company willing to go the extra mile for their clients.
Description of Work: TSI restored my PC's integrity, saved all my data, installed a new hard drive with an updated operating system and all my former programs after sweeping and cleaning a compromised PC. Then they also added a bridge back to my to my former cleaned hard drive as an additional safety measure along with all the security software needed to prevent further issues.
