The Outlet Store - Bloomingdales

They were excellent for mattresses. Their customer service was awesome. It was the time that the salesman took to show us all the differences and different price points. He kind of told which was hand done and which stuff is good. We actually went with the company that usually hand makes the mattresses, but Bloomingdales came out with another price point were they were machine made and the quality was just well and we loved it. We are still using the same one. We went to the mattresses corner and we also went over to like the other department store that already has tailor made stuff. The price is reasonable for the quality of mattress. It is not one of the most expensive mattresses to buy, so the fact that they had one for less than $2000 with that quality we were surprised. Everything was perfect from the time we met with salesman from the time it was delivered to the house, it was just so easy. We have had a challenging stairway and they did great. I would give them 4 out of 5 for the price, I don’t know, I can buy another time and I am not sure, I can’t say a high price point, but for the durability and we are going to have it for at least 10 years, I thought that was pretty good. They give a window time to deliver and everything, so the punctuality was good.
