They were very good about setting up the appointment to come out and do the work. After the work was done it rained and the flashing wasn't installed properly. They were fine about coming out again to install the flashing. Bottom line I was happy but disappointed that they didn't do the work right the first time.

The two workers showed up on time. They spread a big sheet on the floor and used a baffle when vacuuming, so there was no mess at all. Last, they got up on the roof to check things out from above. It was very quick - they made no suggestion that other repairs were necessary which would have sent up a red flag since a home inspector had told us the chimney was in good shape. I will use them again next year.

Scheduling was easy. The chimney sweeper and inspector came within the scheduled time frame. They have a flat rate of $79.00. They were very courteous, friendly, performed their work quick, and did not leave any mess at all!

They arrived on time and were very professional. They took photos of the chimney crown and caps, indicating that new ones were needed. We use only artificial logs in the chimneys. They told us that chimneys should be cleaned after 50-60 uses of such logs- very helpful. They will return next week to do the crown/caps work.

Amazing service. Roberto showed me problems w/in fire place and requested use of my digital camera so he could take pics from roof. Pictures clearly show problem. Estimate was very through and detailed. Although it seemed high, I called around and price is reasonable. I will use them for furture work and repairs based on timeliness, profesisonalism and thoroughness of report.

We called The Chimney Doctor in for a second opinion since another company had quoted us $5800 to have the chimney relined. Chimney Doctor's quote was half that of the other company and they included a chemical cleaning in their price. It took them about 5 hours to do the job (the other company said it would take 2 days). They were punctual, polite and left everything as they found it. We have not yet had a fire in the fireplace, so I can't comment on the quality of their work, but I assume it will be excellent

They were polite, on time, and obviously honest. This company also installed a stainless steel liner the year before and did other work with the gas water heater flu too. They had showed me via a chimney camera where tiles were cracking. Other companies also verified the need for major repairs. TCDN offered a cheaper but less comprehensive fix and the stainless steel liner option. I decided to go with the relining because I like to use the fireplace and did not want to worry about internal fires or having to do multiple repairs. This job was very expensive (>$4000) because of both materials and labor (multiple men working all day). I was very pleased with their work.

Office personnel were knowledgeable and pleasant. The technicians were prompt, thorough, and professional. Although we couldn t see the work very well from the ground, a roofer who came a few days after the work was done took pictures that confirmed the quality of the work and the thoroughness of the cleanup. We are well pleased with the results.

Repairman was very polite. He offered some very helpful advise. The price was very reasonable.

The workers came the day after I called, were prompt, polite, and seemed efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price was somewhat lower than the other 2 estimates we had. They also suggested that we replace the flue liner, but as neither of the other companies had suggested that this was necessary, we decided to forgo that option, at least for the time being.

THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB ON MY CHIMNEY IT WAS VERY Y FAST BUT VERY WELL DONE. THE COST WAS A VERY FAIR PRICE FOR THE SERVICES PERFORMED.

THEY ARE EFFICIENT ENOUGH TO DO THE JOB. IF SOMEONE NEEDS THE SERVICE THEY CAN GIVE THEM A CALL. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY AS PREDICTED, AND WERE EXTREMELY NEAT AND POLITE. THEY CLEANED UP PERFECTLY, AND THERE WERE NO ASHES OR DUST ANYWHERE WHEN THEY FINISHED.
