Description of Work: I called on Monday about a clogged drain and they said they would get back in touch with me. I had to call again Tuesday and they said they would call back with an appt time. They never called. I called again (should not have bothered). They said they were "on their way" -- never saw them or heard from them. Called again. They said someone will be out 1st thing the next morning between 8-8:30a.m. No one showed or called.

+ -1 moreI called to get an estimate on doing plumbing in basement. Installing toilet, sink and shower. He told me to have the concrete broken up and then he would come out for 200 dollars per hour. That was his estimate. He did not want to look at it now, just call him when the concrete was broken and he would try to fit me in.
Description of Work: Called Terry's Plumbing to ask for an estimate on doing plumbing in refinished basement.

+ 0 moreGREAT! First, I would like to commend Terry's Plumbing for finding folks willing to work on a Saturday morning. Terry's dispatcher (wish I remembered his name) really worked hard to help me with my problem. Miguel and Drew really know what they are doing. After pulling up the pump, they found the problem to be a worn wire and told me I didn't need to replace the pump. I did the math in my head (7 year old pump, all the work of pulling it) and had them replace it anyway. They were both courteous and professional...and they worked fast. They also didn't object to my "kibitzing" to watch what was going on. To summarize, a company that really cared about helping me and stretched to get my pump working (I was back in business in less than 24 hours, two first class plumbers who provided great service (and tried to save me $700.00), and a GREAT price. I LOVE THESE GUYS and will not hesitate to call them for future work and recommend Terry s plumbing to anyone who asks.
Description of Work: At 12:00 on Friday, 18 April, my well pump "died" (or so I thought). I called another plumber and was told that they could replace the pump the next day (Saturday) if I was willing to pay $250 hour overtime to two people for 4-6 hours. I called Terry's Plumbing because they replaced my well pump the last time it "died" (after checking their latest reviews on Angie's List). Miguel and Drew showed up the next morning at 7:30 A.M and replaced the pump in 2.5 hours at their regular rate of $100 (each) an hour. For the record, my neighbor replaced his well pump a couple of months ago for $5500. The other company that I called would have been in the same range.

+ 0 moreThey were careful not to destroy our landscaping but did need to dig a couple of trenches. They finished in less than two days including the inspection and seeding with straw. They have merged with another plumbing company called Nichols & Phipps
Description of Work: Installed new water line to replace leaking line to the street. They replaced the old pipe on the outside with copper pipe. It required changing the main water valve in the basement and reconnecting to the main water supply.

+ -1 moreThey provided great plumbing services. This clogged drain happened on a Saturday so it was an emergency visit. They were however able to get it fixed in one hour and were very reasonable about the price as well.
Description of Work: They snaked out a sewer line in the basement of our home.
