Oh my goodness…everything went extremely smoothly!! Nana and Kojo were professional, polite, gracious, and handled all of our items with great care. Once we got to our destination, they lugged our heavy furniture up 4 floors to the new apartment (on a hot humid day) with ease and great attitudes!! Impressive! They managed to make our move cheerful and completely stress-free!! 😁

This is not a professional moving company; all of the movers have day jobs and provide these services after. None of this was explained to me until AFTER the move. There were other miscommunications - date, time, amount to be moved. In addition, they do not provide normal services such as dismantling and rebuilding beds. They are easy to get in touch with and inexpensive - however, you are paying only for manpower and not a professional service.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but wanted to express my gratitude and share the great experience I had with X SWyFT Logistics. In addition to numerous communication prior to their arrival just to keep me informed, one of the owners actually stopped by to meet me in person to ensure that everything was meeting their standards. They were extremely professional and efficient and moved my furniture with extra care. Even though it was only two people, the productivity was equivalent to your average four movers. I will definitely be seeking out when moving in the future and again, thank you so much for your excellent service.
