Sunny Pools

Not customer service oriented. Not punctual. Not communicative. Did not do the job nor offer solutions to fill the need. No follow up. I had to call them for updates. Would not recommend to ANYONE for ANY REASON.

I have used Sunny Pools since I found them mid-summer 2016. They were a life saver after buying a home with a pool that was not maintained for years. I had never owned a pool before and I even tried to take apart the filter system myself to get it up and running because I had issues with other companies in the area. Once I found Sunny Pools, the owner helped me by teaching me about the pool and helping me to get it running, troubleshooting and taking weekend calls. Since then, no question in my mind - they have our business! We had had them open and close the pool each season, plus we hired them to replace old broken parts as needed. They have competitive prices and never try to sell us anything.

Absolutely the worst pool company! First they forgot our appointment, then they came and only did half of the things we paid for and in the end left an unbelievable mess all around our pool and patio. Never again, stay away from this pool company or you will waste your money. We have found a much better pool company.
