Sonia's Cleaning

cleaning was hard to schedule but very well done. it's been over a week and my house is still clean!

Sonia's team was great, they showed up on time and immediately went to work. I will definitely use them again.

Sonia and her team did an excellent job cleaning our house. I particularly appreciated being able to schedule with her by email, their punctuality, that Sonia checked the work of her team including having them revisit areas, and the general quality of the cleaning - including cleaning places I didn't know could be. The price was also very competitive for the service provided. My only complaint is that they did not bring shoe covers but they were completely amenable to taking their shoes off which I greatly appreciated. I have since purchased shoe covers to keep on hand for these types of situations since it is something that I am particular about. Otherwise, their cleaning supplies were not as fancy as some other companies that I have used but that doesn't bother me at all, just an observation should that be something others care about. I would use Sonia's cleaning again without hesitation.

Sonia and her crew were wonderful to work with. It took some time (maybe a day) to reach her to schedule the visit but everything after that was smooth as butter. She arrived at our home, a few minutes behind schedule, with 3 other workers. They worked diligently for hours cleaning my home with top to bottom with a focus on the basement where I recently had a tenant vacate. They covered floors, baseboards, mopped (twice!), spot cleaning high use wall/door areas, dusted, vacuumed (including furniture), cleaned windowsills, changed beds, did the inside of the oven, fridge, and microwave, even cleaned my screened in porch and two dirty register covers on the ceiling in my basement! I was truly impressed with the caliber of the work. I couldn't be home so one of my tenants supervised everything. I am considering having them come in annually to do a deep cleaning as they really did a great job. Very professional and kind; wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Three people arrived promptly and ready to work. I wasn't able to get a weekday appointment, so they came on a Saturday. They worked around us and did a fantastic job. I didn't know the stove could get so clean. They cleaned high and low. From the top of the dusty refrigerator to all of the grit under the coach. The bathrooms were cleaned extremely well too. This team worked fast yet efficiently. I was impressed and will use them again.

I didn't see any evidence that the bathrooms were even touched and the floors were not cleaned whatsoever. Yes, the refrigerator and oven were 75% cleaned but kitchen cabinets were not touched either. For $175, I was very disappointed.

Great from start to finish. Sonia is communicative, fairly priced, prompt, and does great work. Her team did a complete cleaning of our home. They took their time and you could see the effort- the stove and fridge are spotless and they even cleaned up my botched tile floor grouting job by scouring off excess grout. We will have Sonia back again.

The oven was cleaned and that I appreciated. However, there was a lack of attention to detail around the house. My bathroom trash cans were emptied, but no bags were replaced and the bottom part of some of the cans was mistakenly thrown out with the trash. Items were placed back on the counter backwards and traces of whatever was used to clean the kitchen floor was left behind. Nothing felt exceptionally clean. My husband came home and was not impressed. Definitely not the "extra mile" kind of cleaning whatsoever. Again, they did clean the bathrooms and kitchen floor as I specifically requested, and I'm sure the oven was a beast to clean. They also responded quickly which was really helpful to me that day.

Sonia and her team did an excellent job deep cleaning my house. We are going to have them come back on a regular basis.

Perfectly, Not a single issue. Let me start from the beginning. Sonia emailed me right after I purchased the deal on Angie's List and we agreed on a date and time. Her response was swift and timely. On the date of service Sonia and her cleaning crew (Sonia and 2 others) came promptly with everything they needed. They started right away and worked so quickly and thoroughly. They cleaned everywhere and my house is sparkling now. Cleaner than when I bought it. They moved the furniture and put everything make, cleaned all of the bathrooms, windows, shades, dusted everywhere. I am thoroughly impressed and will hire again on a monthly basis and i highly recommend. Could not be more pleased.

Sonia does a great job accommodating deviations in schedule. She is great with my two large dogs. She has several girls who help her clean and occasionally I will have to remind them to dust the blinds or do a better job on the floors. The overall rating is excellent because the price is great and she is a trustworthy employee.We have been clients of Sonia for over 6 years.

I have been using Sonia for almost 14 years. She is reliable, timely, conscientious, fair and pays attention to detail. I love Sonia and Sonia's cleaning!

Simply, I gave her the key to the house for 13 years, she now like family.
