It went extremely well. They showed up on time, cleaned everything and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I have been using them for several years now, and have not been disappointed.

The price was reasonable if you could get through the broken english. I just didn't feel comfortable. I wanted someone licensed, bonded, with workers who are US Citizens and English speaking. This was for exterior painting and replacement of rotten wood trim, so I thought what if someone falls off my roof.... Since the owner's English was so bad, I just couldn't pull the trigger. The experience was positive overall, however. If you're ok with someone probably not licensed, I am sure you can get decent work for a good deal. This company does business under two different names. SMR and BER Services. I'm not sure why.

They arrived a little early, which was good because a storm was coming and the downspouts really needed cleaning. The young man did a super wonderful job and so do the person helping him! They were very good about safety. They were polite, friendly, focused, organized, etc. He power washed the entire house and cleaned the downspouts. Once the storm hit, we were able to see that the downspouts were working as they should!! They cleaned up all his equipment never harming the grass or bushes.

They were flexible because I asked them to also hose down a section of the house that had some mildew. Nice guys and very conscientious about cleaning up

Friendly, efficient, careful, quality work

They had 1 team on the exterior who removed the screens and cleaned the outsides of the windows and another team on the interior. I had told myself for 2 or 3 years that I would do it myself during a "spring cleaning" event - well that never happened! These folks were in and out in about an hour and a half and I no longer have to view my street or backyard through gray-tinted windows. Just had SMR back to help out with my rental property in July 2015. They power-washed the exterior, cleaned the gutters, and cleaned the windows inside and out of this two-level home for about $350. A great job all the way around. Kept me off the ladder and was done all in one session. Instant curb appeal!

We were excited about reaching out to SMR Services to perform our gutter cleaning, since we had seen their flyers several times, and their prices seemed so reasonable, even for a larger home like ours. However when I called them to inquire about scheduling cleaning, the woman who answered the phone answered it like it was a personal cell phone. She just said, "Hello." She sounded as though English were not her first language, and that is fine, but it did make me wonder if she was clearly understanding me. Anyway, after she just said, "Hello," I was thrown off a bit, and wondered if I misdialed. I asked her, "Is this SMR Services?" She paused, and then said, "Yes." I asked her about their special going on for larger homes, and she confirmed the price. I was hoping that someone could do the work within the next week, but she said that their first opening was not until about 10 days later. The day arrived, and SMR never showed up, and no one ever called us. Very disappointing. In fact, I found the entire experience with SMR to be unprofessional, sketchy, and unsettling. I do not recommend them. Perhaps someone came by and saw the size of our house, and decided to pass on it. But simple professional courtesy would have been to call us to increase the price, or discuss any changes.

We called several companies in our attempts to have our gutters cleaned. The estimates we received were excessive and most places we contacted did not bother to follow up with us. We finally called SMS Services. They asked a few questions and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work to be completed. Additionally, they scheduled the appointment over the phone and actually showed up as promised. We were so impressed with their work we had them to clean and stain our deck the following week. I highly recommend this company for any home maintenance needs.

Called for an appointment on Wednesday. They were able to come on Friday. Showed up on time did a great job.

They were very inexpensive. They were brilliant. They were fast and did a good job inside and outside.
