Mr. Alfredo, Ruano was extremely professional. He explained the process in detail and made sure his crew was providing the best service.

Carlos Perez arrived promptly with two technicians to assess the actual damage. The persons setting up equipment and cleaning were very friendly and very professional.

Luckily my insurance company covered this, because the cost was $10,000 for the mold remediation and testing of the entire interior andall furniture; removal and replacement of carpet, drywall and wood trim; reconstruction, renovation and painting, etc. ServiClean was terrific in every way. They went out of their way to make the ordeal as painless as possible. I highly recommend them!

Alfredo, our Servi-Clean representative, was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice to work with, despite our unhappiness at having a flooded basement. Servi-Clean was able to come the evening after our basement flooded, and the initial work was done from approximately 8 PM to 11 PM, which we appreciated, because prompt action was needed to prevent mold from growing as a result of the flood. After removing the carpet and baseboards and cleaning the floor, Alfredo and the second Servi-Clean employee with him left 7 blowers and a dehumidifier to dry our basement for 3 days. After 3 days, the drywall on a tricky section of wall was still a little wet (not visibly, but by measuring with a moisture meter), so he left two blowers and the dehumidifier for an additional two days. Overall, our experience was good. We also had a good experience with Servi-Clean after a more minor basement flood 3 years ago. In fact, the employee who picked up the last two blowers and the dehumidifier performed the work for us 3 years ago. I would say that it is a good sign that he was still with the company.

They did a wonderful job. I had three floors of damage from a toilet overflow that went untended. They were able to start work very quickly during a time of high demand for this type of work. It took a week of blowers, dehumidifiers and other equipment on all floors to dry out the moisture. They checked all the damaged areas thoroughly and made sure the equipment was there as long as needed. They coordinated the cleaning of rugs. They were careful with moving furniture and the crew was generally friendly and communicative. And they did a great job drying out the house. I would highly recommend.

We had water damage from our A/C unit in our basement. They pulled it back, cleaned and dried it out. We were happy we did not have to replace it. This provider provided good customer service and was conscientious.

They were punctual and professional. Both the office staff and the technicians were extremely responsive and very pleasant. Living with the noisy equipment was somewhat difficult, but it was worth it because we believe that this service saved our hardwood floors. Super handyman Joseph Cox replaced all the wood trim and wallboard, and there is probably only one small area in which there is any evidence of flooding.

Talk about integrity! I had a quote from a guy the day before that was outrageous and he pointed out stuff that was NOT mold including paint that had been scraped off of my walls by my husband. I saved thousands by getting a second opinion from Serviclean. Shortly after, I saw a news report on how mold remediation companies try to feed on your fear and find mold that does not exist. The first guy did exactly that! Not the serviclean guy! In addition he eased my fears! He talked me through the situation and assured me our environment was safe. His team was courteous and did a fantastic job. If you want integrity and fantastic service, this is the company for you!

It took me a few days to arrange the appointment, back and forth with the office staff. I never did get to speak to the actual inspector who was doing the job. All communication and questions were through the office staff. She seemed somewhat knowledgable on the subject, but not an expert. The other companies I was able to talk directly with the person doing the job (even during the inspection process) which I found very helpful. He did show up on time and spent a lot of time on the inspection.... Someone else was at the house while I was working so I didn't meet him personally but they said he was very quiet and professional. I got the report a few days later. The report like I said was very thorough, but his recommendation was way overboard what needed to be done (according to the other professional companies that I also got estimates from). And his estimate was over twice what the others came in at (one for basically the same job). I think they have a big name and big repuation... and a big price tag. My suggestion is to get a few estimates. You'll be surprised how they differ

The technicians were on time, kept work space clean, explained all work that was being performed.

First, getting a company was really difficult after Hurricane Sandy and they kept us informed during that day. Arrived at 10p.m., worked until 2a.m. - got the job done under awful conditions, our basement was a disaster and they did what we couldn't have done ourselves.

ServiClean came to our home to do the estimate. Hector was kind and courteous. I showed him the problem areas and even had him take a look at another 2 spaces while he was here. Hector took the time to explain the process to me and reassured me that they could take care of the job quickly and efficiently. Jany and Lillian were who I communicated with via email as they sent a detailed estimate of the work to be done. They were very nice and patient. ServiClean even allowed me to workout payment arrangements so I could start the job right away. On the day of the job, they arrived as promised and were kind and courteous. Hector returned to communicate to the others the work to be done. I really liked that. Since Hector was the person I'd dealt with before I was more comfortable with him touring the others around rather than them reading it off of a work order. It also allowed me to ask about any other concerns and allowed Hector to reiterated process. Hector even gave me an additional contact number and turned me over to Israel and another worker. Both gentleman worked fast and efficiently. They were respectful of my home including covering items to cut down on dust. The process required demolition, containment and large humidifiers. It is very daunting to have to unzip your way in and out of rooms in your own home. I did not realize how unusable the rooms would become and the process took 3 days. There were 4 pieces of equipment left in my home. The constant blowers and sounds of motors was nearly unbearable, but surprisingly we got use to it. The humidifiers rose the temperatures in the room and in turn in the house. We had to turn down our air conditioning to try to keep up with the machines, but in the end we couldn't so the final night of sleep was a bit uncomfortable. We also ordered out for dinner because we did not want to be in the kitchen and surrounded by equipment during family meal time. On the final day, they were here at 9:30am and quickly removed the containment plastic and equipment in about 20 minutes. Israel took me around to areas and showed me the completed work. They left the areas clean and tidy. Once again he was courteous and professional. Overall ServiClean did a great job, I would absolutely use them again, although I pray I never have to go through the process again. The only downside I would note is that the demolition is included in the service, but replacing drywall, flooring and materials is an additional charge. This makes complete sense, but it is hard to look at holes in the wall. We are going to take this opportunity to get some upgrades done to the bathrooms so it all works out. I highly recommend this company.

After discovering mold growing on the wall of our basement we called for an estimate to have it removed. Serviclean sent a very professional estimator out the same day and then a crew to remove the mold the next day. From the estimator to the crew that did the work, everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and did not try to scare me into more services than I really needed. In order to perform the removal, a built in desk system had to be removed. They offered me the option of taking it down and preserving it or removing. We chose to have it removed. They did it so cleanly even removing the supports without breaking the tile. My basement was left spotless. They even left the plastic curtain so that dust will be contained when we have any waterproofing done and the drywall repaired. I cannot reccoment this company highly enough. They seemed very honest and professional.

The serviclean team was highly responsible. They came out immediately after our call to them. They knew exactly what to do, stayed professional at all times & tracked up through their process. It is because of their due diligence that we avoided additional damage & severe mold issues.

From the first visit for the estimate to the pickup of equipment, the employees were very professional and did an outstanding job. Coordination with the office was easy, as well. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

This was our second flooding incident and calling ServiClean was immediately responsive (as they were with the first). They arrived the next day and conducted the services quickly and professionally. They were thorough in their inspection and ensured that the area was completely free of water when they finished their work.

Work went smoothly - was an experienced crew. They also moved furniture and unloaded bookcases to check for water and mold. Their quick response with experienced staff and proper equipment was a great relief.

Love this company! I called at 9:50 am in the morning and had an appointment at noon the same day. Tried 2 other companies and they couldn't come out for several days. He came out and looked at the corner and said it wasn't mold - which turns out can not grow on cinderblocks. There was a metal cabinet sitting in that corner for 14 years so the humidity was trapped causing the paint to peel and accumulation of calcium deposits (or some other natural stuff I can't think of right now). He said I could easily remedy the problem myself by scrapping off the peeling paint/crust off the cinderblocks and then painting it with water resistant paint (you can buy at any hardware or paint store). I did what he said and the walls look perfect. I am so relieved it wasn't something worse! And I am very appreciative that the inspector was honest. Well spent $75 for piece of mind.
